Cannot find previous rating to delete.... Update to previous post. Had a small issue and was handled after the weekend. I like that it's also 24 hours, so convenient to do things on our time.

Prices are going up again... shocker. Be prepared to pay through the nose if you're here any length of time. I've had my unit maybe 3 years. In that time, the insurance rate has increased once and the unit price has gone up twice from $92-$106. Usually customers get rewarded for loyalty, but here, the longer you stay the more you pay!

I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! June 30th 2024 I had received a text around 10pm that my storage unit was burned in a fire, they had told me that it only took on minimum damage but looked completely fine, that It may have some smoke and water damage so I had nothing to worry about. When I got off work at 3 AM I went to check out my unit and the scene of it tore my heart apart. All of my belongings had been burned. My unit happened to be the one the units that had taken the brute damage from the fire. They contacted me by phone two days after the fire happen to let me know that my unit was damaged and they would contact be back when it would be safe for me to be able to go through it and check to see what was salvageable. I had been storing my most precious belongings, believing they would be safe. I had stored my grandmother’s 1950’s typewriter, my late great-grandmothers s 1930’s camera and her jewelry. I had my high school belongings; my diploma, graduation cap and gown, my yearbooks from kindergarten thur 12 grade, all my trophies and sports memorabilia. My baby time capsule and belongings from when I was a child. Two giant tote full of pictures and sentimental items from late relatives. Seasonal and random miscellaneous things, But most of all I had my late grandfathers veteran flag and his medals in there. For months now I have been trying to reach out to see if I can go through my belongings. They don’t answer if you call them nor do they call you back. I’ve emailed them repeatedly. There is no address for an office to physically go a speak with someone. We’re in October now and I have yet to receive insurance money. They told me I did not have to worry about payments because my unit had been burned down yet they sent out a lien notice because I did not pay my unit rent, they terminated my lease and closed my account. So I have no way of accessing my information. I received a call from them a month ago asking me if the contractors could throw my things away and I told them no, that I wanted to schedule a time that would be appropriate to be able to go through my belongings and look through them to see what was able to be salvaged. I have yet to receive a call back from them. For all I know they have could have gone and just cleaned out my unit and threw everything away and started rebuilding. If you care about your belongings do not go with this company, you’re better off renting from somewhere else.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR STUFF- DON’T RENT HERE. My unit caught on fire June 30, it took me a week to try to reach them about the unit fire ; which I found out about through Facebook (they never reached out to me about it). They never answered my calls until I left a review days later. They lied and said they tried to contact me however, I never was reached via email, phone call or text. Then, they were horrible with communication with trying to figure out the logistics of the insurance claim. WORST OF ALL they promised me that I would have time to go through my unit with their staff and pull out any salvageable items from the fire. I scheduled a meeting with them to retrieve items and they canceled it the morning of. I texted them back and asked to reschedule and they let me know that they would reach back out when they had a scheduled time that the staff would be there. However, two weeks went by and I never heard back. I decided to go to the unit myself and see if I could salvage anything however, when I went to the unit, I realize that they had torn everything down, and all of my items were thrown in the trash and taken away. I had important things like grandmothers recipe boxes, family, photos, and other items that may have survived in the boxes they were stored in however, they threw them all away without me knowing. This company is truly awful and heartless, as well as the fact that they started to send collections after me when I no longer paid my bill because my unit had been burnt down for months. I would advise to find any other storage unit on the planet before going to this one. Or just throw your items away because this is what they will do with them.

So I give this a negative 3 stars.. the storage units had a fire not long ago, so they are just getting to fixing the building up and they wanted our stuff moved, well there was miscommunication so wasn't able to get the U-Haul to move my familys things, so they took it upon themselves an put our stuff Ina different portable unit and they just wrecked everything, broke pictures, frames. They just threw speakers wherever and stacked stuff on top of them, bikes on top of everything, very unprofessional is understand statement. Some of the stuff we can't replace but they don't care!

They don't answer calls, emails or texts. We have not been able to get a hold of them. We cannot get into our unit.
