“I am SO HAPPY with Rob's Service. My car broke down and another trusted mechanic couldn't get me in for a couple of weeks. I called Rob's and they could look at my car in a couple of days. I was quite tense because repairs can be so pricey. I got my car there and the next day a call that it was ready. The price was much lower than I expected. That was such a relief! “I had never had my oil changed here in Lapeer before but went because I had a coupon. The guys couldn't have been more polite and very very quick! Plus the gentleman asked me had my heater been working good and I said no and he said your antifreeze was a little low and he filled it!! They were really quick they were very professional and I got a coupon for a free car wash afterward! Less expensive than the dealer I didn't have to make an appointment and it was much quicker.”

“Needed a new valve cover installed after breaking off a bolt trying to replace an ignition coil. They did a fast and excellent job and even replace the coils and plugs with parts I brought with me. I would absolutely recommend this Muffler Man location!”

Charlie came out looked at the touch up spots that I did that were darker than the paint color took some lacquer thinner and wiped it all off for me then he buffed a long scratch mark on the door. Let me set the scene… I’m traveling from Wyoming, alone, scared, in a rental car, in a town I don’t know, with two bulged disks in my back when the tire light starts beeping. I pull off into a closed post office, locate a screw in the tire, and watch as it goes completely flat. After 20 minutes of trying to figure out what to do I google tire shops (these guys are the closest at 10 miles away) and explain my situation. They sent a guy out to put the spare on, I follow them back, they fix the tire and put everything as good as new! I cannot express my gratitude enough for how these guys went completely out of their way to help me and how much it reminded me of the community I have back home! Seriously, take your business here if you want kind, fast, low cost service!”
“This company is amazing. Very professional, explain everything very well, very nice father and son personality. I would recommend them highly. My well pump kept turning on and off every couple minutes all day and night. Problem was a leak at a rusted fitting where the well line to the house connected to the well casing.Well was installed in 1988. They had to dig dow 5 feet around the well casing to fix it. They blew out all the gunk build up in the well and then put in new drop pipe, new pump, new wiring, new saddle valve. Also pressure tank was full of water so bladder was bad. All in all they fixed everything at what I think is a very reasonable price. GOOD JOB GUYS.Service: Pump installation”
“Took my truck somewhere else and they said bad ball joints so my husband (mechanic) changed upper and lower. Took it back and they said the brand new ball joints were bad still.
Brought it here cause I knew that was bs and they said they were fine! Got me in 30 min before close AND didn't charge me. Love it here!

“I had a very pleasant experience. I walked in and was greeted right away. Was told I had two people ahead of me, I could drop my car off or I could wait. The wait was about 45 min. My car muffler was repaired and I was on my way. I would come here again for any service work.”
“Dropped it off after 1pm. They replaced 3 wheel bearings by 11am next day. The price was good. The shop is friendly and is just trying to fix your car and get you back on the road. Will definitely use again. The “lobby” isn’t a waiting area it’s more of a drop off and come back kind of place.
Update I have had a couple more chances to use Mike Tom’s. A brake line broke and a bad temperature sensor. Again Mike Tom’s got it down quick and well. They could’ve charged me more for a thermostat ($150 part) plus installation. Instead they replaced a $20 part.”
