I would rate the service as slow. I was beginning to wonder if they needed to grow the wheat in order to make the bread. It took nearly 20 minutes for the single order ahead of me and my single sub to be made. Server was professional just very slow.

Online order. Said it worked be 15-20 mins. We showed up about 40 mins after ordering. They never started our order. Waited in line with the other customers. Subs were just thrown together. Wrong bread on

I go here all the time with my service dog and have never had any problems access wise or the employees talking to and distracting my service dog 10/10 recommend as a service dog handler

This was a negative experience at first but turned out awesome! I ordered 6 subs online for takeout on Feb 20th about 7:00 at night. All classic subs. Nothing hard. Recieved the subs and had no cheese on all, no pizza sauce on the Two pizza subs and my picky kid only likes flat bread. But unfortunately she ended up with regular bread. So I placed a call and talked to Jay! Joe was the one to make the subs and Jay was working store. I told him very nicely about the problems we were having. And he reassured me this will be taking care of. Withing 20 min the store manager Gwen called me and said we will fix this come in tomorrow! My issues were resolved so fast! We then came in the next day! The worker named Ryan remade all of our subs! And let Me tell yah! I haven't had a better looking tasting sub in my life! Everything was to the exact on my order plus being so fresh! In my opinion ryan is one of those employees that are rare these days! Hold onto that one! He will help this business succeed in customer satisfaction! These 3 people worked as a team and handled business! 100 percent satisfied!

Awesome service! The guys put everything together really nice and even sorted through for the better-looking veggies for us. They also took the time to do glove changes. We appreciate them for caring about their customers, even in a small town ???? 4:30pm today.

Arrived at 8:30 to find the one worker cleaning up. I asked the guy what their hours are. He went to the posting and told me 9 pm. So I asked if he was still open and he told me no. Waste of gas and time.

I made a online order and somehow I screwed it up. The girls inside apologized which it wasn’t their fault and made a new one for me. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this subway!!
