This store is always closed. They were closed the entire Memorial Day weekend and they haven’t opened today and it’s almost 12pm. They also never open on Sundays!!! I can’t even pay my bill!!!

Awful place. Yesterday bought sd card in this store. Guy who sold it told me price 4.70 dollars. I just paid by card and even didn’t look at screen(my bad). After that i came to home, opened the box and plug in my dash cam, works great. But that day I checked my bank account and saw that I paid 47.70 dollars. I went to that store but it’s was closed. Today i came to this store again and explained them situation, but they didn’t back money, because i opened the box. RETURN POLICY! So, I called their customer service and they can’t help me, because as i said before I opened box. They can make exception but they don’t want. They told me call to your bank and they will back you money. I tried but they don’t.
I will never recommend my family and friends Metro by T-Mobile. I am disappointed in this company. Today you lost 2 subscribers (me and my girlfriend). It’s time to say goodbye T- Mobile.

AK and his counterpart are horrible. I asked them to unlock my AT&T phone which, I later learn could be done online for free and, they tried to charge me $25.00. Upon leaving my phone and returning after the instructed 24hr lead time they proclaimed I never left my phone. His counterpart/coworker and AK threatens me with undertones of violence. I had to call corporate whereas, they reviewed the cameras and upon my next visit my phone magically appeared ?. THIS IS THE WORST METRO PCS, please, do not give them our business!
