William is the man!!! He is a fun and well educated person even beyond the role he has a this company.
He's definitely helped me make the best buying decisions and was patient ...because I don't know anything about cars.
Shout out to O'Reilly's in Hamtramck for sure!!!

The white guy working in there with the glasses was not helpful to me at all. So I went over to Auto zone and they bend backwards to help me then my car problem was fixed. So if you need help go over to Auto Zone in Hamtramck but if you do happen to go to O’reillys don’t go to that lazy white guy with the glasses because he acts like he doesn’t want to work. Don’t know why he’s there.

I’ve never had a better experience at an auto parts store until today. The employee William was extremely informative, showed me different solutions to the problem I was having, and was incredibly nice, with a great sense of humor. Most employees would just ring you up, and go to the next customer, but not William ! He truly went above and beyond.
