I'm a buyer from Europe and I saw them on Ebay. For some reason, Ebay wouldn't permit the transaction because it wasn't possible for my country.

I recently contacted Pacific Motors to inquire about a car part. The first time I called, I spoke to a gentleman who was incredibly knowledgeable. He provided detailed information about the make and model, what parts were available, and even which parts had already been sold. I was impressed and decided to double-check my numbers before calling back.
The next morning, I called again, but this time I spoke with someone named Bella. The experience was completely different. Bella was unhelpful, dismissive, and came across as rude. When I asked if the previous person I spoke with was available, she refused to transfer me or provide further assistance. Instead, she repeatedly cut me off with "Is there anything else I can help you with?" without actually helping.
When I asked specific questions about the engine part, she provided vague and unhelpful responses like, "Whatever you talked about is what you're getting" or "Whatever you paid for is what you'll get." This made it clear she had no knowledge about the car or its parts. Worse, she never offered to transfer me to someone more qualified.
If Bella doesn't have expertise in car parts—which was evident—why is she the one answering calls? A simple, polite acknowledgment of her limitations and a transfer to someone who could assist would have been much better than the curt, unprofessional responses I received.
Overall, my experience with Pacific Motors started off great, but the poor customer service from Bella left me extremely disappointed. If you're going to run a business like this, ensure that your staff are knowledgeable or, at the very least, know how to connect customers to someone who is.

Buyer Beware!!! Pacific Motors advertised used engine on Internet as “…cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended”. They claimed they tested the engine, and it had no fault codes. After $3,000 installation by certified Mercedes mechanic, mechanic says “engine needs new exhaust camshaft- $5,028.17 to repair. Pacific Motors says “send it back”! I am damaged by $5,000 ($3000 install, $2,000 Removal, clean and shipping) or If I keep the engine, I am damaged by having to pay $5,028.17 to repair. They offered no coverage for parts or labor and now lie about offering full coverage for parts in responding to my reviews. Lawsuit now filed in Detroit district 36 court, police report filed in Detroit and submission to attorney generals office asking for Scheme to Defraud Charges is pending. Pacific Motors knew the engine was defective and sold it to someone anyway intending to stick them with a defective engine. Stay away from these thieves

The gauge that I ordered a few days ago from Pacific Motors in Detroit arrived in the UK literally a couple of days later. Absolutely fantastic service. Quicker than ordering from parts of the UK !!!

I was surprised to receive my item in just 3 days, quicker than expected. it was dirty since it came from a scrap yard, but it cleaned up just fine. I have used them before for things and I appreciate that they have some things that can be out of the ordinary as well.
