“The service here was exceptional! From the moment I called, Paisley answered the phone immediately and took all the time needed to answer questions and discuss options for a truck rental. I then arrived the following day and Tabatha and Paisley both were so kind. They were welcoming and explained everything. Both are truly wonderful at their job. They did not rush me, they explained all the options and outlined all the fees regarding my bill. I highly recommend this location and these two employees certainly deserve to be rewarded as they are passionate about their job, and it really shows. “My son recently moved to Northern Ontario, the truck had to be returned to the original depot but that was included in the pricing.Uhaul was half the distance as it could be dropped off but was twice the price even before mileage. A family member going up drove the penske truck home.Friendly service. Best decision hands down.”

“This is by far the best U-Haul in Detroit! They go out of their way to insure that you have the vehicle you reserve unlike other uhauls that will give your reservation away after 10 minutes of you being late. Their customer service is professional and friendly. Their trucks is well maintained and clean. And they are very fair. Some uhauls mileage and fuel would be totally inaccurate but not these guys and if the rare case that they're paper don't match the truck they will work with you. No outrageous cleaning fees . Their overall system of operation is superb and corporate uhauls should take a few pages out of their book. I have a moving company and use them frequently. I've been to just about every U-Haul in the state and I would frequently pick theirs even when I have moves out of the city jus because I know my services will be fair and on point! Did I mention the wait time on getting your truck is extremely fast too! Even on short notice . That alone is a clear cut difference than the rest!”

“Good location and service. But availability of the vehicle type might be an issue. Tried to call and ask the phone number provided on Google and confirmed about availability of open truck but when I reached after 10mins they changed words and told we have only van and closed truck available. Service was good and smooth after choosing van which was available. I suggest call and confirm availability before you go for pickup of U-Haul.”
