STOLEN MONEY!!! Huntington Bank began to refund money stolen from my account and then a month later declared the fraudulent charges as my own and took back my money they recovered from the theft. I will not be banking with these people anymore, horrible business practices. Do not bank with Huntington if you want your money secure!!!

It is truly a blessed place for there to be a double rainbow above it.Points docked for a prior experience, though.

I have never been to a cleaner bank. Every single person I have talked to into there since moving here has been incredibly graceful towards me, but major props to Bethanne. I don’t know how much money she’s making but it should be more. She helped me open an account and seemed genuinely concerned for my wellbeing and how I wanted to live my life, and helped me find outside resources to help me settle into the area. Thanks guys :)

Just because the website says they are open, and they say they are open on the phone does not mean that they are actually open. We checked online and called before driving to the branch only to see a sign on the door saying they are closed.

Slowest branch. When I did a Mobile deposit downstate at Huntington it is deposited by the next morning not so at this Branch although I have been depositing these checks from the same company for three and a half years.. unacceptable.

I use a couple banks locally, but feel like the other one is giving me the shaft somewhat. No complaints about Huntington, and the staff there are always super helpful if I get fraudulent charges or anything. Geez, they even mailed me a sympathy card after my brother died!

I decided to try Huntington bank when I left my home in Michigan, I was thinking on going to Wells Fargo but after some of the business practices they were accused of I figured I would steer away from them. They do not hold a candle to the way I was treated by Huntington. I started a new job and my first check was on paper due to the fact electronic deposit is not available until after first pay perio, I thought no big deal I'll use mobile deposit. Until low and behold, because it was my first mobile deposit, Huntington puts a 7 day hold on your 1st deposit. Huh where was that in the account description. Now we are not talking a private check, we are talking about a hospital that employees 20k people. I talked with 4 different individuals who all told me we will look into it. I was finally told nope nothing we can do about it, the last person I talked with (teller Bill) was so rude and arrogant, that I am in process of closing my account, and yes I will be going to Wells Fargo. People of Houghton county Michigan steer away from this place, they are rude and could careless about customer service I would also warn other people as well. It is a good thing I didn't move any investment money over, I wanted to see how they treated my day to day first, well you guys proved yourself. Let's see how long they operate in small towns, this practice may fly in larger cities where you have a large customer population, many banks have gone in and out of the building you now occupy, guess you'll just be another that passes on through.

Huntington Bank closed almost all their branches so there's only one and all of Houghton County Plus if you deposit your check in the ATM you can't use any of it until Tuesday used to be if you deposit a check in the ATM you could get at least part of it now you can't get any of it just makes it really hard for people to cash your check if you happen to work through the week into the weekend at all or don't make it there by 5:00

Even though I only go in once or twice a year the teller always seems to remember my name. I can't remember the name of someone I met 5 minutes ago more often than not. :p
