Took my BMW but they wanted to rebuild engine etc because head gasket had blown out. I just didn’t want to spend $6000 having that done. Overall it’s a good place to take your vehicle to.

While vacationing in the Keweenaw, my Subaru Forester began giving me warnings that my key fob battery was very low. They were able to easily replace the battery (which I had purchased earlier) and I was so very thankful. Might seem like a small thing but for a woman traveling alone the service was a great blessing. Thank you!

I have been bringing my car to lakeside for a cpl yrs now for engine repairs and Al/ Brandon are always willing to get me right in and help whenever I need no matter how big or small the problem! He's done alot of engine work on my car and he is one of the best! Probably sick of seeing me haha but I'm always glad to see him :)Service: Engine repair

Did some work on my rear differential. Super honest people. It took awhile to get done due to delays out of their control, but they still made sure to keep me updated. Wonderful people there who provide top notch service!

I recently used Lakeside for a few different repairs. They started and finished the work in the promised timeframe and communication was excellent. I appreciated the suggested repairs that I was not aware of. Great professionalism. I plan on using Lakeside for future repairs.

I took my car in for repairs because A/C wasn't working they said the fixed it and but they just replaced a wire and it didn't fix anything got charged 150 for parts my car didn't need. Then on top of that I have 30 miles till empty on my gas tank and ended up with 5 miles till empty. Asked what happened to all my gas and they dont know so they will steal gas from you.Service: Air conditioning
