I purchased a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country van. They sold me the van with bald tires, dirty interior, and did not do any maintenance to it. I had to have Fine Line Tire fix a few issues with the tires/brakes. I told them something wasn’t right but they said they looked at it. And then my hubby test drove it and told the guy to look it again. They never did. Of course sold me the van as is. So they wouldn’t have to cover anything. So with this being said, I will not do any more business with Northern Auto.

Never am I going there again. I had an overheating issue with my vehicle and said to check every that was causing it I had to get the radiator flushed and put new coolant in there because the wrong coolant was in there and all of the sudden it was still overheating. I went there twice for this problem. So went to another repair shop turns out the fuse for the radiator fan was burnt out so 600 dollars for absolutely nothing when all it was was a 10 dollar fuse that needed replacing. We have had two experiences with Northern Auto and do not recommend. Both times they have treated us like they don’t need our business and make us wish there were another Dodge dealer in town. Their prices are also very steep- it was over $100 just to have them check out the vehicle (not fix anything) and they make you pay the service fee for using a credit card. Wowza!

Our 2015 Honda Odessey threw a "Check Engine" light at only 68K miles coming back to Houghton from Copper Harbor. My wife's friends (Paul Bianucci) recommended Northern Driveline / Jerry's Transmission shop. We had AAA tow our van to Northern Driveline. I got their early...Andy was opening the shop and came immediately to scan engine light codes. P0303 came up - they found a carboned up sparkplug with missing porcelain. It was replaced and I was able to drive 800 miles home! And they fit me in although they were busy.I was impressed by the clean and neatly organized shop. I'm a home mechanic with 40 yrs DIY experience. These mechanics were well trained and professional.Thanks Andy and Crew ?!Martin RadtkeIndianapolis IN
