The storage unit I was given has a bad patch job on the roof and it leaks. You'll need a shovel to access your storage unit during the winter. When I was closing out my unit I got 3 conflicting stories from different employees each time I called. As to when it would be inspected. The last person I talked to was the first to tell me they needed their lock back. And they were quite rude over the fact I didn't know they reused the twelve dollar locks. As if in the middle of selling one house and buying a new house, my main priority is uhauls lock policy. Not to mention the first two employee's that I talked to, never said anything about the lock. So I wasted six dollar's in fuel to bring the lock back to the storage unit.

Good place to store goods. However, I've had trouble when making monthly storage units..when workers try to record my monthly storage payments ..to actually show up as recorded that I paid

I've gotten units here a couple times. The process of renting a unit is pretty easy. It is a little inconvenient to have to drive to Atlantic Mine to get the paperwork done, but it was a pretty easy process, and the staff is always nice there. They plow around the units, but if you rent in the winter make sure you bring a shovel, as the snow all gets piled up in front of the doors. I also had some ice build up which made closing the door quite difficult at one point. Put your stuff on pallets!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never mentioned anything about it before, but water will get in and stuff sitting on the floor can get ruined.
