This U-Haul location can experience significant delays. The check-in process can be very slow, even for simple tasks like adding a driver. Trucks may not be ready at the scheduled pick-up time, sometimes with attached trailers or without the ordered moving materials prepared. The truck interior can be very filthy and disorganized with a pile of cloth covers. Visiting during working hours for staff assistance is recommended over mobile self-pickup for better service.

At other sites the truck has been prepared with the moving materials that I ordered. At this site I had to wait for them to gather the blankets and furnitue dolly. Not a BIG deal, but it sure is nice when everything is ALL ready for you at the pick up time.

Don't bother trying to do a mobile self-pickup if you can visit during working hours. The team at Dave's will take care of you much better.

Great service, needed to turn in trailer an 1hour away but they worked with me to turn it in there.
