“Chase is a reputable institution. I am not a member of Chase but I did have to take a check from a client there to cash which wasn't an easy operation. Because you're not a member you're charged for fees to cash checks or they simply wouldn't cash the check because of the amount. Wasn't very convenient for someone who may switch over in the future with that experience. Overall the staff was friendly”
