They were great, visiting from out of town, our dog got a sticker or something in his paw causing to swell up. Called Bay Pines after calling others and being turned down, they said they could work us in, Dr. Erxleben was able to get what ever was in the paw out, explained helping check paw for next several days!

Such an organized, professional, and helpful staff - they really care! They always answer the phone or return calls promptly if I leave a message. Dr Palo has gone above and beyond helping me navigate travel documents for my pet. A+++.....

I contacted 12 other vets in the area trying to get my bulldog in for an emergency visit. Bay Pines was the only vet that would see her. The staff was so kind and just amazing. This is the only vet I will use from now on.

I was visiting from out of town and had an emergency with my dog. Everyone was so kind and helpful in trying to get my dog in. Dr Paulo was just amazing as were the vet techs and the office staff. Highly recommend this practice.

Got our cat in the same day we called. Every interaction was professional and super friendly. Dr. Arnold made us feel very comfortable. It was our first visit, as we are new to the area. We are scheduling the rest of pets now!
