Our brake caliper locked up on a road trip. Luckly we were only a mile from brakes by the bay! They checked it over and got us on our way! Great service, honest and kind people.

Thorough and honest. A less reputable shop could have charged me for unnecessary repairs but Brakes By The Bay told me everything checked out and only charged for their diagnosis time. I'll go back again when something actually does break.
