“Great place to stay, perfectly situated between Petoskey and downtown Harbor Springs! Very quiet, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were a little soft for my liking, so did make it somewhat hard to sleep, but overall everything was great. Very clean pool/hottub area, and great continental breakfast, with hot options! Friendly staff!”

“We truly enjoyed our time at this beautifully restored piece of history. The Perry Hotel is truly one of the last iconic hotels where we can experience the splendor, grandeur and slower pace of days gone by while enjoying the magic of Lake Michigan. The staff was wonderful, each adding a delightful lightness and often an international flare to our stay. The flowerbeds were ablaze with color and pristine. We will be back. “Hands-down one of, if not our favorite place we have stayed. We loved the Inn at Bay Harbor...the resort was beautiful, immaculately maintained and was the perfect home-base for our family to explore northern Michigan. We loved watching our kids playing on the expansive yard along the shores of Lake Michigan. The pool, fire pits, hammocks and overall inviting feel of the iconic Inn is what we will remember the most. We had two connecting rooms...one had a nice sized bathroom (double queen) but the king room's bathroom was about half the size and quite small.”

“This is a quaint, updated hotel, easy to find in Petoskey on 131, on a hill, near McDonalds. It has a heated pool and hot tub, hot breakfast, gym room and comfortable room and mattress. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and tv in the room. Our room had a great corner balcony. Christina, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and maintained. Showers are a little outdated but they are working on that project. It is within walking distance to the water and downtown shops. It is within short driving distance to local restaurants and attractions. There is a limo service available to take you anywhere in the local area. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We were in a pinch and needed somewhere to stay last minute for 3 nights. Nzhea (sp?) at the front desk was so incredibly nice and accommodating. She gave us a good room at a good rate. They are currently under going a renovation so there is not hot breakfast at the moment but once the renovation done, I can tell it will be very nice. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable and had enough space for my family of four. Ultimately, the customer service was the best part for us and if we come back to Petoskey again we will definitely stay here again.”
