I went to three carpeting shops, and Kiss Carpet had the best customer service by a long shot. Skyler was so polite and knowledgeable: willing to find out answers to any question. I would highly recommend Kiss Carpet Design Center.

Very enthusiastic and helpful staff. Skyler was especially helpful arranging for measurements and repair of my holiday carpet fiasco. Horrible nail polish stain directly in center of living room. Heath came and measured everything and discussed options and Chad expertly cut out the stain and replaced it perfectly with a piece I had from original installation.It is beautiful! Thanks everyone

Chaleb and Mike were very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right hardwood floor for our needs. The installation process was laid out to us up front and the actual installation of the hardwood floor was excellent. We recommend Kiss Carpet for your flooring needs.

If you want a reliable and easy way to get new floors, Kiss Carpet is what you need! I've seen them on T.V. for years and wondered could it be that way? Their knowledge was outstanding in guiding us to exactly what we needed. Our installed was Chris. I can't say enough good things about this man. He was so nice and friendly, and such a work horse. I will go with Kiss Carpet again when I get carpet for our bedroom.

We had a great experience with Kiss Carpet! Due to the age of the property, our hallway was very crooked. They came out and made the carpet runners fit perfectly! We would highly recommend.

I had a great first experience with purchase and installation of new carpet from Kiss Carpet Design Center in Harbir Springs.
Sales floor is clean, and organized Sales staff are knowledgeable of their merchandise.
Skyler helped with suggestions after I explained why I was replacing old basement carpet. The gentleman who came to measure the space was courteous and easily answered more of my concerns.
The man that did installation was also helpful with a suggestion on the steps that we thought would be a problem. He did a great job, was very easy to deal with.
I believe I spoke too probably most of the staff members at Kiss Carpet. Everyone deserves a shout JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!
I will definitely recommend Kiss Carpet to Friends and Family.
