I wish.
There was an option to leave 0 star the ATM ate my debit card and when I went inside to inform them that their machine ate my debit card. They advise that because I was not a member of the co-op credit Union. They had a rule to automatically destroy the debit card. So their faulty machine is somehow now my problem and it's just simply the rule. Do better.

- negative zero at this point. Constantly locking my account for no reason can tell me why they locked and had the audacity to say we told you you have to come in I came in Saturday I was late but I was advised a manager would reach out Monday came no call but my online is suddenly locked and no call from the manager but come into the office well I work after your business hours and I only get 2 days off so he wants to sit in your office for hours. The kicker is you won't unlock my account but I can open a new account just a joke at this point not to mention one of your reps said it would be unlocked prior to all this mess

I have been with this institution for yrs. now. I was an original member with Motor City Credit Union. I have gotten loans thru MCCU before and no problem. I think only one loan with this establishment. So anyway I just applied for a loan to try to catch up on some bills. One particular bill was my DTE in which is why I needed this loan. The loan was way under what I had applied for in the past. So I applied mind you now, with my past loans I have never missed a payment with none of my loans with MCCU or CFCU. No hard feelings towards the Branch Mgt. But when I applied she told me someone will be giving me a call later on that day. No call so I said I'll give them a call until tomorrow morning nothing so I called couldn't get no one. So I waited, no call. So I said let me try one more time before driving to the Credit Union. So I was able to get through this time. She answered and said she is still waiting for one more person to make the final decision. And she will give me a call back. After just before closing time. I was denied my loan after two days of waiting for nothing. I couldn't believe it!! A very small loan never missed a payment with either Credit Union after yrs. Of being with them. I have referred a lot of people to them. I think I'm going to cut ties with them. And move on. # in shock!!

I applied for my second loan ever to the credit union it was over the Labor Day weekend so I know things can be kind of hectic during that weekend. I never received a call I had to call several times I received an approval when I finally got a hold of somebody after calling several times they said my check stub was not verifiable. I send another text Evan instead of somebody calling me and telling me I still was denied after getting approval letter. I had to call several times and I got the runaround. I was told there was delinquent marks on my credit report, which are not sure when I tried to explain that there’s something on that it’s been paid off I did not wanna hear it. I work somewhere where the board members come in and I definitely will be sharing this be sharing this experience with them very unprofessional, and I still haven’t gotten that one cough from the lady who is supposed to be handling the loan to say I wasn’t approved. I just kept getting that she’s out of the office and run around.I will be finishing up my loose ends with Christian financial and cutting ties and going somewhere else I cannot go somewhere where they are unprofessional and cannot give you the courtesy to call you. You have to get the runaround. This will be my last day with Christian financial after tying up my loose ends with them, and I will be sharing this information with the board members when I see them.

I applied for an RV loan and I'm not in their local area and they still gave me the loan! Thank you CFCU for answering my prayer about getting approved so my family can continue our love for the outdoors!!
