The staff is usually pretty friendly. The reason it's not 5 stars is every single time I do curbside pick up. I end up sitting for 10+ minutes. Even when I check in using the app before I end up just calling in the store. Just to have someone ask me if I checked in using the app. Then I wait another 5-10 minutes before someone actually brings it out. To be fair they always apologize but it's STILL very annoying.

Kelly rd, low inventory, poor service, long checkout lines. Drive a few more minutes over to hoover rd.

I visited this location the other day, and I must say the service I received from the cashier was great! She was kind, courteous and willing to assist me with my items I pre-ordered. Thank you Shakera for outstanding customer service!

Assistant store manager Rob would not honor the “in store” price shown on Home Depot’s website. Same price came up on the cashiers phone but still refused to honor it.
