Customer service to get a lot better they do greet you with a warm smile not too friendly but customer service is getting better never have a lot of gym shoes in stock that's the bad part

Horrible customer service! Shop said it opens at 9am I get here at 11pm door is locked the manager sitting down on his phone, I knock, he gets up and comes and opens the door and said “my employees are late I can’t let you in”. If he’s the manager why can’t he let me in? I said can I just look at the shoes and come back if I want to purchase he said no and shut the door. You just lost a sale bro. So basically this manager is just sitting around getting paid to sit in an unopened store. If you’re the manager you should have the knowledge and ability to operate the store until your employees get there. They lost my business.

It’s seems like an ok store. They seem to have some nice things there but the customer service isn’t good so I’ll probably won’t go back for that reason

Really didn’t want to give a one star.. I really think customers service is everything in a business.. The employees at the Harperwoods store are horrible..I mean be mad at the world … Went to return something and the lady had the audacity to say “ I’m going to start telling people they can’t return!” Really. This happened on 4/5/2023 around 1:00 pm.. I hope general managers are looking at ratings and held a customer service class asap…Thanks and have an awesome day.

Save your time and go across the street to Foot Locker or Snipes.The poor experience begins in the parking lot, where you will be lucky to avoid massive potholes and blowing out a tire. When you get inside of the store, you will be greeted by an unfriendly staff, oftentimes sitting by the door as "greeters" but talking with one another and ignoring you or on their phones.Most of the shoes are pretty general and they rarely have anything new and exciting. However, when they do have something new, it tends to be more expensive than foot locker. At the same time, Foot Locker has a rewards program (FLX) and provides coupons for future purchases when you take surveys based on your experiences.On my recent trip, I was treated extremely rudely, so I will be keeping my business at the Snipes and Foot Locker across the street. With the 1) parking lot condition, 2) unfriendliness of the staff, 3) redevelopment of the Eastland Mall area, and 4) Snipes purchase of Jimmie Jazz, I would not be shocked to see this location close in the future.I'll spend my money where I am wanted, and I recommend you do so as well.

I didnt used to care for this Location because the Women always have their faces frowned. I went in the Guy said he's been there for 11yrs and the young Lady folding with him had greet personalities and Customer Service. I haven't been in a while so maybe they've had a change in staffing

no dressing room an no cash return exchange only , they don't tell you anywhere in the store except on the back of the receipt they hand you after you already paid , store credit only an store employees very rude no body wanted to help with anything , outta 7 shoes they had one in my size I don't recomed anybody spend there money in this store ,8 mile an kelly

They do not answer the phone or email. It's been 5 days. Also the Google listing has the incorrect hours. Went there at 5 after seeing they closed at 6 but the does 6 were locked. Not a single word back yet after 2 was and the phone just rings.....

My baby dropped her shoes inside this place the staff kept arguing with the customer from the inside my babies was with me we were in shock we ran out to my car my baby can’t tolerate to much noise and she got nervous and I saw the smaller girl with my baby shoes in her hand as I pull my stuff off this could have been prevented if they didn’t provoke the guy by replying last time shopping here I just want my baby black and green prestos that was the last of my money
