There was a young man in lawn department named Louis. He was soooo helpful with everything I needed n purchased. Truly a blessing to me today.

I've always had pleasant interactions with the staff and was led to where, so that's a plus. But their online order pickup service is lacking. Things will randomly get cancelled. Better to just head in the store and get it yourself.
