This was my first and last time visiting that particular Lowe's store. Upon entering, I politely approached an employee and inquired about where I could refill the water for my filtration machine. She directed me to the far end of the store, but upon reaching there, I discovered that there was no water refill station. I suspect that the employee either did not know the correct location or simply did not care to assist me, as she was leaning on the cash register in a seemingly disinterested manner. As I walked past her a second time, still searching for the water refill station, she made no attempt to inquire if I had found it or offer any further assistance. Fortunately, I encountered another employee who was extremely helpful and promptly guided me to the correct location. While I appreciate the assistance provided by the second employee, it is concerning that the first employee displayed such a lack of customer service and willingness to help. If individuals are not committed to providing adequate customer service, it would be preferable for them to remain at home rather than negatively impacting the experiences of others.

The worst employee at this particular Lowe's is Amanda that works by the appliances section of the store. She was so so rude to my wife and I as we were shopping for new appliances. She was very condescending, rude, would laugh super loud for no apparent reason and was not of much help. Literally annoyed us the entire time we were there. She also had a very strong smell of weed. Which would explain her loud laughter for no apparent reason. Very unprofessional and will be contacting corporate for this individual. We have been shopping at this location for 15 years and won't be returning due to our last very unpleasant experience. To the management, shame on you guys for keeping such employees in a big box store like Lowe's.
This pot smoking, loud mouth Amanda should be fired immediately. I'm a business owner myself and would never ever tolerate such behavior at a work place. Beyond unprofessional and unethical.

Lowe's service is a disgrace I tried to order some roller shades for my windows they charged me service fee to come and measure which is okay...then to get how much it will cost to order the shade's haven't found out yet... their telephone system is horrible trying to get anyone on the phone to answer questions they sent me through 5 ??different numbers and still didn't get any answers. What happened to the old days when you got the one person answers the phone and then switched you to the department you need....new ways of doing business is not always the best business now even though I paid for my measurements I might take my business elsewhere....SMH ?

This place is organized very well and the staff are wry friendly and knowledgeable. Always asking if you need help. This is one of the better managed Lowe’s locations.

Do not order any doors from this Lowe's we purchase and pay for doors last year of May 2023 and it is June 2024 and we still do not have any doors put in. They measured my doors wrong they have order and reorder doors at least five times they cannot get the measurement right The store manager was rude and disrespectful No one can seem to help they didn't want to credit our account or anything I honestly think that Zach who works doors and windows need to be replaced and they need to shut doors and windows down they do not know their contractor was horrible then they hire a new contractor which never had any available days and was never good at communicating scheduling didn't answer his phone. I asked to speak to general Manager district manager no one would talk to us we finally just decided on June 4th when they was supposed to install our doors for the final last time they said they got it right they order them wrong again we canceled the order and waiting for a refund No sympathy from the store the store manager won't even get on the phone He's lost he doesn't know what's going on. This place deserves zero stars

Spent a few hours in the garden center and had picked out numerous plants. Just under half of them were lined out and on the clearance shelf. While checking out I couldn't see how items were ringing up since the only screen wasn't visible to customer. After checking out I thought my total was high so I looked at the receipt. None of the clearance plants were marked down. Went back to register and they said I would have to go inside to customer service.
Inside at customer service I was greeted by the service rep and while explaining what happened, the customer service rep answered the phone and spent 2 minutes on the phone. When I was finally helped I spent almost 30 minutes of the rep refunding my purchase and re-ringing items. After the third attempt of items not being the right price I decided enough of my time had been wasted, left the plants, and left the store.
