The inventory seems to be getting smaller. There was less to choose from. The service no one said hello. I had to choose another store which had what I needed.

This is my go to Lowes stores due to proximity to my house but the customer service is pretty good, and product selection has always been great. I rarely encounter items being out of stock.

This lowes is the worst I've ever had to deal with. I called just now to order a pallet of topsoil because the online does not offer the pallet version so I called the ro desk since I'm buying in bulk, he could t help me so he sent me to garden. Garden couldn't help me so he sent me to customer service. Customer service couldn't help me so they sent me to business account, finally business account could help but they told me there was 63 bags on a pallet which I've boight probably 20 pallets from other lowes throughout the year and there are not 63 bags, then she rang me up and gave me a total and didn't even ask what brand I wanted. I just ung up and didn't place my order. The amount of stupidity in this group of workers is unreal. If it's not a simple touch of a button people just can't comprehend anything

Very pleased with my trip. Devin from Lowe’s was phenomenal. Not only did he help piece together what I needed for the lighting project in the basement and living room, but he explained it very thoroughly instead of leaving me to wander the aisle ways. He did all this while making sure other customers were taking care of also. Seems like they’re a little understaffed at Lowe’s but if they find a couple more like Devin they’ll be just fine. I will be coming back.
