I’ve been a resident here for about 7 years and every year I kind of of get more disappointed. I could make little arguments about how the trash is overflowing constantly or how I haven’t had any upgrades to my apartment and my rent goes up every year and it’s getting pretty expensive.My main complaint and disappointment is that your car is not safe. This morning was for the 2nd time I’ve had a car stolen from this complex along with a theft attempt this past summer. This is a very major issue with this complex and it’s disheartening because most of us are very hard working people who can’t go to sleep comfortably without worrying about if our cars going to be outside in the morning.When you tell the office, their going to make it seem like it’s just a lack of Harper woods police diligence. While that may be true to an extent. The Harper Woods police have a whole city to police. They can’t babysit an apartment complex because the management company don’t want to come up with ways to protect their residents property.The first week my neighbor moved in his car was broken into. If you have a nice car, it’s not safe at this complex. This sad because the people here are mostly hard working people and we all face the same problem. Because of this, this will probably be my last year. My rent goes up significantly every year and I can’t sleep at night because I have to worry if my car will be in the lot in the morning. Sad

TYSM for replacing my sink and cabinet in my 2nd bathroom, in my main bedroom (6 years of not working and it was rusted.The problem is, my toilet no longer flush, I think the water was cut off, and never turned back on, so I haven't had use of that toilet since 2-27-24, and I put in a work order on Friday 3-1-24.Also, the new sein that was put in, the cold water doesn't work (the right faucet), and only cold water comes out of the hot faucet. So I think it needs to be fine tune.The young man, Frank, who did the repairs, was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. TYSM

My 5 stars are for Mary in Maintenance she’s very pleasant and knows her job.Areas of opportunity is the process which you have the maintenance come out no follow up. Unfortunately I had to visit the leasing office and the two voicemails to get the the request completed.

We had a snow event on Friday afternoon and there's about 4 inches of snow that fell. It's Sunday morning now. The snow hasn't been plowed from the parking lot, the sidewalks haven't been cleared and no salt has been spread. I called the office Saturday early afternoon and was told the contractors would arrive Saturday. Then, the office sent an email letting us know they were closing early. Needless to say, it's a dangerously icy situation. There are parents who live here that need to carry their children across an icy, treacherous terrain. There are older people here, like me, who won't risk going outside and falling. It could change our lives. In short, the leasing office and the management company doesn't care about the people living here. They should have sent an email addressing the lack of service and their plan for a speedy resolution. Think twice before signing a lease with this community.
