I ordered a Wheel barrow that on line not once but twice it said it would be delivered. I called the manager told her what happened she apologized and said there were no more left at that price. She new I was upset as I waited for it to be shipped for 2 different days so asked if she could put me on hold for a few. This manager went ABOVE and BEYOND as there were no more left at that price she got me a wheel barrel delivered the next day and made it right, I would go to this Home Depot any time. I know there is a great women running this Location and I know they short staffed she makes it work.Thank for all you did for my Benefit to be GREAT

So, it's a home depot. They have everything that a home depot is supposed to have. Yesterday I was there and they have a security guard.... ok... the issue that I have is he's got a gun on his hip, a bullet proof vest (or so it appears and his head is completely covered except for his eyes..... I'm a pro gun person, but this made me extremely uncomfortable. Is this area so bad that you need someone like that guarding your precious items?

I placed an order for a Maytag washer and dryer April 18th for delivery April 26th. The day prior I received my window for delivery 7:30 am -11:30 am. At approximately 1:30 pm I called to track my delivery and was told it hadn't made it to the warehouse the day before and wasn't going out. I was never contacted and basically got the run around for the res of my afternoon. My best advice is if that item is not available for delivery the day of purchase leave it at the store and go somewhere else. This is not the first issue I've had with delivery with them and apparently while making my comp at the service desk plenty of people have had issues as well. Get it together Home Depot we expect more!!!

Terrible delivery service from HELL. contracted by Home Depot they called themselves Enterprise Delivery perhaps because the use rental trucks. Delivery was a bad experience. They told us as a third party contractor what Home Depot sales person told us was not their concern. When we ordered a refrigerator the sakes person told us be sure to inspect it before the delivery persons left and before it was shipped n the house. And if it was damaged they would take it back. Delivery persons refused to help refused to wait while we struggled to open box that had some damaged. They left before we could see damage a 5" long dent in the front top door no way to tell before they left. not as much as was in side. We called Home Depot told them of damage. They said maybe they could just replace the door. Now this is setting outside in the weather. So whilst we were waiting. We decided to just cancel the order and asked them to pick it up. The same Terrible delivery came back the next morning called just 5 minutes before they were n our back yard they didn't knock made no attempt to contact me as and I rushed to get dressed to make sure they would give us a receipt or anything for the fridge. But they quickly stripped off the protective boxing we had left on it and two guys literally threw it in their truck sliding it on the steel truck bed and ran away without giving us a receipt. Leaving the huge cardboard box and styrofoam blowing all over my backyardI have no idea if they will return it to Home Depot or if the just stole it

I went all the way here from Clinton Township to get a glass block it sat on the app there were 350 of them in stock I go there in the shelf is completely empty just another derelict ghetto store Unbelievable how lazy these people are

A+ on customer service! I was looking for a specific landscaping rock and visited five Home Depot locations without success. This location had an entire pallet of the rocks, located on the top shelf. They got a forklift driver to lower the pallet so I could purchase 30 bags. They even helped me load the cart. Very pleasant experience checking out. Very fast and friendly.

I tried to take back a 5 gallon water bottle that I put a deposit on. They told me to exchange it. I explained that the top doesn't fit our type of cooler. Mgr sent me to customer service. Then I went through the whole explanation again. That person went to another To come back with "we only exchange for full bottles. 4 people later I told them to keep the bottle...HD needs the 5.00 more than me. Will never shop there again. Menards has better selection anyway!

Waiting 30 mins for assistance in Garden Center. When asking other staff members help for they all said the would call someone “it wasn’t his department” and he preceded to stand mulling around - no call???. I asked for manager and he/she was a no show. I’m heading to Lowe’s to spend my $300 there. Worst customer service every. How can contractors make money when they can’t pick up supplies?

I was an hour late returning it and they charged an additional 100 dollars on a 130 rental. The Home Depot system is designed to extort you with late fees- the blockbuster model.Also at this Home Depot also they were rude when we picked it up, and rude when we dropped it off.For my next rental I’m gonna do what I should have done in the first place and find a local rental shop that treats their customers with dignity.

First time in here in a little while went in to make a large purchase half the staff was wearing their masks on their chin rather than over their nose and mouth have to customers waltzing all around with no masks no social distancing I will not be back.

The worst Home Depot I have been too and as a contractor I have been to most. No pro services or prioritization. No help, rude workers and worst of all not enforcing masks or social distancing . I will never give business to homedepot here again and I would recommend no one use their services . Worst experience I have had ever.

This store of geniuses in Harper Woods called and said the driver forgot to get the RYOBI 40-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless Attachment Capable String Trimmer with 4.0 Ah Battery and Charger I ordered, and they wouldn't charge me. Left a VM to this effect. Driver showed up, dropped off 7 bags of dirt, the receipt for the entire amount, left.ALL we received was the 7 bags of dirt. I'd have cancelled the entire order so as to not pay $8.99 Delivery!Sure enough, they charged me for the Trimmer. Took an hour to get someone on the phone at the HW store, said now they'll refund it. Did nothing.I'm currently out $172 for 7 bags of dirt. 7 bags of dirt=$172!!!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Here we are, almost 2 weeks later, and I'm still out the entire amount for this edger, plus tax. Horrible. We've called, it's their mistake.They get a MONTH to answer the chargeback I've been forced to create. Of course, they haven't answered it!Good thing my security cameras recorded the entire delivery of the driver NOT delivering this edger.Outrageous.They are horrible. This location is a cesspool of unhelpful workers, and that was before the Virus. We've talked to 3 employees there, all said I'd get my money back, well they're still sitting on it.I'll never go to this wanna-be-in Detroit location again. Totally unprofessional.As with other reviewers, I did NOT pick the Harper Woods store for my online order with delivery. I picked the Roseville location. Somehow in their system, Home Depot switched it to this sea of stupidity. I also knew I'd have issues if Harper Woods/Detroit location was delivering, and I was right.The last time we went to this location months ago, we got to deal with 5 employees totally ignoring us, even when needing help, and a few shoppers "hanging out" with each other, and with employees, some of them staring us down for who knows what reason. Customers were sitting ON the paint counter, making everyone uncomfortable, talking to the lady mixing paint. Also in that trip, we were looking for a specific product, a male employee came thru the aisle, and shoved our cart out of his way, pretending not to see us.A dirty scary, ghetto environment. You know, like one where they steal both my money and the edger I ordered.Enjoy Marcus G. (Green Pickup Truck) clearly NOT delivering a green-boxed Ryobi Edger. I am unable to add videos or Voicemails here, I have the full video I took these screenshots from, and the VM where some stupid woman said he "forgot" the edger and they'd not charge me.There at the end, he puts down the FULL receipt.My SO went to the door, saw no trimmer, ran out on the porch, and tried to flag him down. He looked at him, started his truck, and drove away.
