Horrible Customer Service. On Monday 7/7/25 one CSR. Line out to the door. What's going on here? I have put holds on my mail only to have them ignored and mail delivered, falling out of my mailbox. What's with this Postmaster General? Why don't the clerks have customer service skills???

Had the staff take a shower wear a clean clothes comb their hair stand up straight pretend that they're friendly pretend that they care don't roll their eyes shrug their shoulders or look like they're mad all the time

This location has gone to the pits the inability to process mail is glaring and the employees are rude and inefficient. This use to be a solid location but has gone down hill with all the new hires. Terrible
