This past month we just purchased a 36 Grand Regal Coupe from Anderson Marina. Our experiences through negotiations, trading in our existing pontoon and adding on items we desired went smoothly. Kayla our sales person and Denise the Sales Manger couldn’t have done more to support us in this entire process. A great team that works well with their customers and has excellent communication! My wife and I attended the Detroit Boat Show 2025 with the intention to buy a new boat. Anderson Boat Sales was the second dealer we visited at the show and was greeted by Kayla Rossow and Dennis Anderson. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all the boats they had at the show. Secretly I knew I saw the boat I wanted and told them that we will circle back after we went through the show to see what else was on the market. We ended back at Anderson after 2hours of walking the show and was again greeted by Dennis Anderson who took the time to talk at length about the Regal LS2 on display. Kayla also came back after attending to others at the show and took over from there. Kayla is very good at what she does and made my wife and I very comfortable with the whole sale process. Based on the conversations we had with Dennis and Kayla, the quality of the Regal Boat and the boat show price, we decided to proceed with the purchase of the boat from Anderson Boat Sales. Again, Kayla walked us through the whole process, answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were VIP customers. Kayla and her team gave a us a good trade-in price for our old boat and gave us a great price for the Regal LS2 and threw in numerous extras for the new boat. The Boat arrived in April and we took possession in May. The Anderson Team which included Dennis, Kayla, Danielle and Chris delivered on all of their sales pitches and Regal delivered a beautiful boat. Kayla and Chris went out on the initial sea trial with us and went through all aspects of the boat and made sure we were knowledgeable before we left. If you are in the market for a new boat and you want a dealership that stands behind their products and sales then I suggest giving Anderson Boat Sales a try. What made the whole purchasing process enjoyable was Kayla Rossow. She helped us through it all and was always available to receive calls, answer questions and follow-up when we needed help. She is an asset to Anderson Boat Sales and we cant say enough about her and her professionalism. Now we cant wait to start the boating season.

Our experience with Anderson Boat Sales was remarkable. From the initial contact with sales to the final delivery to our Marina, the entire process was met with professionalism. Our sales person, Kayla, was incredible. She was enthusiastic, personable, always helpful, and highly knowledgeable. I was provided with video and photo updates and was even included in a facetime call while one of my accessories was being installed. We had in-water training with their amazing crew led by Blake prior to delivery. It was obvious that the entire team genuinely loves what they do and finds fulfillment in bringing joy to their customers. Thank you, Kayla, Danielle, and Dennis, for going above and beyond to make our boat buying journey so very special.

Purchased our 2024 Tahoe from
Anderson last year. We were actually their first Tahoe sale. Chris went above and beyond to make things happen. He is awesome and I will forever be thankful for his efforts. We just picked up our 2024 Tahoe tritoon from Anderson’s today for a minor side panel collision repair that occurred last year. Boat looks amazing! I have to give a huge shoutout to Kayla in Harrison Twp. for being so responsive and attentive to whatever we may need. She is amazing and always takes such good care of us. I highly recommend reaching out to Kayla if you are in the market for a new boat. She will take care of you long after your purchase day. ☺️

I wouldnt recommend getting within 10 feet of this boat store. After 4 months of “working” on our boat only 1 item on the list was completed. Multiple times we were told we would be kept in the loop and informed. We were never called and always had to stay on them.
Even when we went in person we were told by Jacque they were working on our boat as we spoke so we asked to see it.
There was enough dust to showcase not only were we lied to. They hadnt done anything in months. Also was told our motor was running great. First time out we had issues and another shop is saying theres plenty of work still to be done.
For these reasons I would not support or recommend giving this company your money or more importantly your time.

Dennis and the Harrison Twp MI crew were great last week! I came to pick up my boat for service. They went the extra mile to assist me with installing my new latter in 88-degree weather. Do not hesitate to purchase a boat from Anderson's.

I help neighbor wirh his boat and that's where he keeps it. Don't know much about the shop. But, the interaction I have had with staff has always been top notch. Very friendly and helpful. If I ever needed to store my boat I would look there first.

I bought my 2nd Manitou boat from Anderson's and it was delivered this week. First, I want to thank my saleswomen, Kalya Rossow for her professionalism, product knowledge and outstanding customer service. She kept me informed throughout the process and was so great to work with. Thank you Kayla. We loved our previous Manitou and was in the market for a new boat and Manitou was the only boat we were interested in because of the quality and performance of our 2020 Oasis model. We loved the new design, modern look and extended swim deck on the new models. I wouldn't buy a different brand or buy from anyone else other than Anderson's. The service is amazing. I also want to thank Danielle & Cooper (Waterford Location), Jen (Manitou) and Will (Delivery Person) for their help. It's the little things that Kayla and Anderson's does right and the reason we will be back.

In 2021-2022 they stored my pontoon boat, and it came back with RODENT holes in my boat seats and in my Bimini cover. They said they are not responsible. Then 2022-2023 they brought my boat back with no Bimini cover. I have called and called...they finally brought me a Bimini cover that is not mine and the snaps are all broken. Dave promised to have someone come out multiple times. That never happened so now I have to take them to small claims court to get a Bimini cover!! Steer clear of this company for sure!!
