I've been getting my meds from here for a couple of years. Most of the time it's not a huge problem. They're slow but they're understaffed. I get it. But the last two days have totally pissed me off. I got a script for a controlled substance (not a pain med). I have had this medicine several times. Long story short they refused to fill it because of the DEA number which was the same as every other time. However, the pharmacist, dont know her name, don't care, was incredibly rude about explaining why. Ok. Fine. Finally talked to the PA and she fixed jt. So I come back to get it once the script is fixed. The new girl at the register said they cannot fill it because they're not a pharmacy my insurance works with. I said 'does that mean you won't fill it, or insurance won't cover jt?' She goes to ask. But she didn't ask that exact question. And refused to fill it. I was so mad I had my husband go back and clarify. The pharmacist, same awful woman, gives him attitude and then finally admits they can fill it, we just have to pay out of pocket. Well, we were willing to from the beginning. But girl in training didn't ask, and pharmacist just didn't get it or didn't care or thought it was stupid. Assumptions and ignorance aren't appreciated.

I made a vaccine appointment online and came in for my appointment. After waiting 20 mins to be seen, the staff told me their vaccine was expired and couldn't give me my vaccine as scheduled. I asked if other local locations have them and she goes "I'm not sure try online" in a snarky voice. Don't bother scheduling for vaccines here because they don't even know what they have in stock or whether it's even unexpired. Try Walgreens. A much more pleasant experience.

Never have any issues getting my scripts filled on time, I love the diverse staff, Allie does a great job running a tight ship, and their location is convenient. ?

The pharmacy is rude and incompetent ! I was in line for about 15 minutes as I was shuffled to 3 different people without explanation! The cashier never put up her mask the entire time.Cashier #1171222 BECKA!!!!! the name on receipt is not the girl that helped. When I asked if masks were required for employees she said she didn't know!!! She immediately put up her mask and the pharmacist intervened and said she would take care of it. The girl was soooo RUDE!! please contact me as i have so much more to add.!!!!

I come here all the time and the manager (I believe his name is Brad) is super kind and helpful, however, today I was buying some wine and I had to wait about five minutes until someone came up to the register. Without apology, the older female employee got defensive saying "she was the only one on the floor and she had to do stock" when I made a comment to one of the customers saying I'd been waiting five minutes when no one was in sight. So rude. Nice customer service

Worst pharmacy ever! Staff is rude and unorganized. I've given them multiple chances but they are just plain miserable and should be put out of business. The store itself is a Covid nightmare. They never wipe the counter in between customers when I pick up a prescription counter. Seriously? It's a pharmacy!Go to another pharmacy. CVS is a RIP off anyway!!!

Completely annoyed that I'm getting daily phone calls and texts to fill superscriptions I don't need or want. I called the store and asked them to stop and they stated that they can't control it.

Their staff works VERY HARD to get everything right. They are a very busy pharmacy and it seems they are always short-staffed. I wish CVS would remodel the area to make it bigger with more staff to help those hard-working employees. So, the 5-star is for the staff that bust their butts every day! Thank you!

If you could believe that a store would let both Pharmacy managers take a month off at the same time this is that store. They can order no medicine for a four week. I went in there and ask to get my scripts filled they said all will have them ready for you on Tuesday this was on a Friday I come in Tuesday I was told oh sorry the pharmacist went on leave and the other ones on vacation for 4 weeks we won't be able to order them for 4 weeks. What kind of business does not order replacement product for 4 weeks how could you have a pharmacy that cannot order a drug for a patient for a period of four weeks I called corporate they don't seem to care the day I was in her there was three other people getting mad this is the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to in my life now I have to go on the road today I don't have my f****** meds and I don't know what I'm going to do. Fuc CVS

Always, you have to wait. Always. My wife and I switched to rite aid on south river. Much happier... see for yourself. Oh, and they speak English at rite aid. And, only English.
