Hello. I oncreased my score to a 4, instead of a 3. I typically only go there for pharmacy needs. Prior to your current PIC and Amy (the other FT PharmD); the pharmacy was a nightmare to deal with. These things have improved and I am grateful. It is difficult when you have a floater Pharmacist, who is not the same every week. There are major break downs with all automation processes. I actually will not go unless your 2 full time Pharmacist are working. I would rather run out of medication (which is NOT good). Recently I have had a few experiences with front store. As a previous RM- I am not impressed. The staff is caring. However they are constantly rotating. It’s difficult to keep up. All the shift supervisors greet and if they can assist. But others completely ignore me and other paying customers. The worst part about front store is they never have their sale signs posted. Or the are incorrect and outdated. That is extremely annoying; seeing that the only 1 employee is busy and consumers are left to try and carry things back and forth to the coupon/scan machine. In addition I am not sure if they are so budgeted they aren’t able to order their out of stocks. But shelves are very bare; ALWAYS. It would be a little less of an issue if sale papers were provided and we didn’t ALWAYS have to do self check out. Which I am happy to do when I have a few small items. But not when I have several bags worth and had to go up and down the aisles juat to check prices. Discounted items are never put into the cvs system. So there may be a sign. But it won’t scan on sale. Thankfully you have a decent staff working there (mostly) and they are able to help; if you can wait.

The pharmacy here is absolutely terrible. They close from 1 30 to 2 for lunch and instead of having an elternating lunch schedule all workers go at the same time. No workers at all in the pharmacy, ain't that so smart cvs? On top of that, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even told me that they would be there in a moment, and after another 5 minutes I asked for help and they sighed. Very professional isn't it? This pharmacy is a joke.

The store sucks you wait forever half the time they don't even have it in stock I don't give him one star and they're lucky they got that I'm switching very soon

I do not recommend the pharmacy at this location. I waited over an hour for my prescription even after I okayed it to be filled because it’s not covered by insurance. The clerk said 15 minutes. Once I returned for prescription. I was told the same thing again and had to wait again.

Tried to call to have the pharmacy put a prescription back so it can be filled somewhere else and couldn't get through the voice prompts as a medical professional. Absolutely unacceptable that I had to leave a voicemail as a pharmacy calling another pharmacy.

Went in for some prescription. The girl that greeted me was so sweet and actually was a great help but the fat white guy in the lab coat was an impatient, snarky and passive aggressive POS.

The supporting Pharmacy employees are also wonderful!

Worst CVS ever, they are always so backed up or out of stock that people go DAYS WITHOUT VITAL MEDICATION!!! I’ve seen them tell people with life threatening conditions to just “go somewhere else”because they’re so backed up or out of stock. I’ve even personally been asked if I could WAIT a couple days to pick up my prescription because they were so backed up! If they are out of stock or backed up you but they definitely aren’t going to call you to let you know, so you have time to fix things. Not only is that unethical but it should be illegal.

Nice staff unfortunately no help. Recently picked up 2 prescriptions then purchased advil cold and sinus which did not make it in my bag. Besides wasting money I can’t repurchase because crack heads use it for drugs, now I have to wait a certain amount of time for my doctor to call it in as a prescription or whenever its legal to repurchase. Will be transferring to a different location.

Even though the website says they are open until 10 and the sign right inside the first set of doors say they are open until 10, they still like to close a good 20 minutes early so learn from my mistake & instead of wasting your time and your gas, just go somewhere different to begin with because more than likely even though you get here well before they close, they will lock the doors because this is not the first time that this has happened. Not surprised if the ratings are super low.
