Nice staff unfortunately no help. Recently picked up 2 prescriptions then purchased advil cold and sinus which did not make it in my bag. Besides wasting money I can’t repurchase because crack heads use it for drugs, now I have to wait a certain amount of time for my doctor to call it in as a prescription or whenever its legal to repurchase. Will be transferring to a different location.

Even though the website says they are open until 10 and the sign right inside the first set of doors say they are open until 10, they still like to close a good 20 minutes early so learn from my mistake & instead of wasting your time and your gas, just go somewhere different to begin with because more than likely even though you get here well before they close, they will lock the doors because this is not the first time that this has happened. Not surprised if the ratings are super low.

PHARMACY- Amazing, efficient and always willing to help. I transferred from Walgreens, which in comparison was a total disaster.

Been going here for years but today they get a one star because this one bad experience was bad enough to earn them that. I called and pharmacist woman was extremely rude and acted like she was annoyed then purposely hung up on me.They also can’t keep employees.

Two different occasions, it took this pharmacy 4 hours to get my prescription. Both times it was amoxicillin, and the second time was after wisdom tooth surgery. They knew about it, but they still said it would be 4 hours to get pain medicine.

I've been getting my meds from here for a couple of years. Most of the time it's not a huge problem. They're slow but they're understaffed. I get it. But the last two days have totally pissed me off. I got a script for a controlled substance (not a pain med). I have had this medicine several times. Long story short they refused to fill it because of the DEA number which was the same as every other time. However, the pharmacist, dont know her name, don't care, was incredibly rude about explaining why. Ok. Fine. Finally talked to the PA and she fixed jt. So I come back to get it once the script is fixed. The new girl at the register said they cannot fill it because they're not a pharmacy my insurance works with. I said 'does that mean you won't fill it, or insurance won't cover jt?' She goes to ask. But she didn't ask that exact question. And refused to fill it. I was so mad I had my husband go back and clarify. The pharmacist, same awful woman, gives him attitude and then finally admits they can fill it, we just have to pay out of pocket. Well, we were willing to from the beginning. But girl in training didn't ask, and pharmacist just didn't get it or didn't care or thought it was stupid. Assumptions and ignorance aren't appreciated.

I have been going to this pharmacy for almost 3 years now and never really had a problem. There are some newer staff members and they are very attentive and try their best to help you with your needs. I think people have to understand they are doing their best but they cannot help insurance issues, wait times, etc. They are usually a full staff and both people are working the registers when needed.

The main pharmacist is extremely rude. I constantly have problems getting my refills and then they blame the insurance. The techs are inattentive. I'm looking for a new pharmacy.

This is seriously the best pharmacy ppl around. We moved away and I'm bummed this is my pharmacy team anymore. The app makes it easy to communicate with the staff. Every time I need help with questions or even just a simple pick up this staff is great! Please give ALL of them a RAISE! I see the way other customers are not always kind or impatient and demanding and they take a lot from all kinds of people and they do it with kindness, patience, and courtesy. Thank you Crocker CVS, especially Ally and Seth, but you're all great!- hugs, your frequent "flier" Colleen Bok...

I made a vaccine appointment online and came in for my appointment. After waiting 20 mins to be seen, the staff told me their vaccine was expired and couldn’t give me my vaccine as scheduled. I asked if other local locations have them and she goes “I’m not sure try online” in a snarky voice. Don’t bother scheduling for vaccines here because they don’t even know what they have in stock or whether it’s even unexpired. Try Walgreens. A much more pleasant experience.

Almost always a disappointment. I always try to give an honest review. I have been going here for about 3 years. I have never really liked any CVS that I have went to. I NEVER buy anything here. Updated 5-11-22..... they have gotten much better.
