This is hands down the best Flagstar location I’ve ever been too. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I only go to this branch now.

Explain to me how it's acceptable to have ONE poor woman working drive through and inside? Because I'm stuck in a drive through with nobody else in it, with my darn id and money held all for a 30 dollar deposit cause that poor woman is doing both.

I came into the bank to figure out what was going on with my debit card. I received a text message saying someone tried to charge $807 at Target. Anyway, Sharon took great care of me and took the time to close my accounts and then open 2 new accounts. She was kind, patient and friendly.
