I came into the bank to figure out what was going on with my debit card. I received a text message saying someone tried to charge $807 at Target. Anyway, Sharon took great care of me and took the time to close my accounts and then open 2 new accounts. She was kind, patient and friendly.

It was a very pleasant experience from the time we walked into the bank until we left. Everyone at the bank are awesome people and we are glad we chose this bank to handle our business.

The staff at this branch is hands-down the most friendly staff and ever come across. The staff at this location makes this location seem like a friendly atmosphere they even know who I am every time I walk in so I don't even have to show my ID which is rare these days that they take the time to get to know you personally and are better able to help you with your banking needs by knowing you.

FLAGSTAR IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST MOST TRASH BANK EVER!!!!!!!! Customer service line is a bunch of classless ghetto snobs with attitudes! They lack zero knowledge or empathy! Absolutely disgusted with Flagstar Bank I banked with chase for 10 years never once had an issue with money being deposited into my account. This is the THIRD time my money has had issues depositing into my account in under one year, and this time, ITS JUST NOT THERE. My employer confirmed with her bank that at 3:27 on THURSDAY the money was taken from her account and deposited to mine(it's Tuesday) Flagstar says that I need to get the trace number from her bank as proof of transfer. Her bank says that with direct deposits they don't get assigned trace numbers, but again she confirms with them everything went through. Flagstar literally just said we can reverse ONE of your $36 fees. Because it's her banks error not theirs And that's it. THERE IS NO HELP OR SOLUTION OR RESOLUTION TO MY CHECK! Here I sit with hundreds of dollars out of my account as all my bills I scheduled start debiting out. No resolution, no solution, no money. And my employer can't do anything to get it back to her account. HOW IS THIS OKAY WITH NO JUSTIFICATION! DO NOT EVER SWITCH TO Flagstar Bank and yes I will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau

Used to be the best bank ever. Problem is always changing help. The newest lady there is very rude. Been to her 3 times ,today was the last. Changing banks now.

I took in my infant son, since he's getting Social Security checks, to open a savings account. The guy there, F#cking A$$hole, let's call him, said that federal law requires that infants have birth certificates for savings accounts, which was not what online resources said. He lied to me; I successfully opened one with just the social security card I had brought to Firststar at Bank of America on Saturday. He called the cops on me because he thought I said I was going to kill myself when I said "I can't do this all by myself!" in reference to getting a birth certificate by bus with a preemie who can't be around people because he has no immune system. So the police picked me up and physically assaulted me. I'm deaf and I guess the guy didn't understand me well enough at the bank when I was upset to know what I really said. He called the police. Baby boy and I went to the hospital and were discharged within a couple of hours because I'm fine. Now we have to have Child Protective Services involved in our lives and my mom is having to take time off work to be interviewed and s**** We are victims of discrimination and harassment. F-u-cking Assh0le is a dick. And a L-I-A-R. HE LIED. HE F@CKING LIED. He did not have to have a birth certificate by law to open an account for my son. Go to Bank of America. They can handle business.

Worst Flagstar location there is. It took me over an hour just to get help with an account, and it took them three separate times sending me a card in the mail. When I would call, weeks after I was suppose to get it they would blow me off and tell me just to keep waiting. I had to go to another bank for any help until I finally just never went back to this location.

Outstanding customer service!! Colby (manager) went way out of his way to help me out of a problem that was not the bank's issue, but rather, an oversight on my part. Thank you again Colby for your personal attention & help. Truly, customer service at it's best!
