The roses were so fragrant and there was so much greenery and varying level of flowers..it brought joy to my hospital room and joy to the others on the floor. There were so many flowers in it, I was able to share, so your wonderful arrangement made multiple people's day. I can't say enough about the quality. They went above and beyond on Mother's day when everyone else was closed or rude to me in the phone. Amanda cared enough to call me back repeatedly to ensure all the details were accurate. Jacki the owner delivered them personally in the late afternoon.. on Mother's day! She sent me pictures of the flowers and she called me once more to make sure she was in the right place before leaving them for mom. ..since they were left at the front desk (with my okay) she texted me this morning to ask if mom did indeed get her gift! Rustic Root created the most gorgeous bouquet and pocket boutonnière for my wedding day that lasted perfectly through 16 hours of driving as well as running around very windy areas in Northern Michigan. Our flowers added such a beautiful pop of color to my elopement photos and I couldn’t be happier with them. Their customer service is fantastic and they accommodated me so well. I almost went with fake flowers for my elopement because I didn’t think real flowers would last through so much travel but they sure did!!”

They did my wedding, every single birth, every loss of a pet or family member, and every celebration in between. Today I needed a last-minute arrangement, and my kids were asleep in the car. I paid over the phone, and they rushed out the arrangement in the rain right to my car! Love this place ♥️”

“My grandfather asked me to help him arrange to send two dozen yellow roses to his sister for her 95th birthday. He’s always sent her yellow, but that wasn’t a preset option on their website. I called and though stock was tight, they ensured she’d be receiving yellow roses the following day. Today I received several gleaming messages from her and her daughter about how they were the healthiest most perfect roses. Marianne said she’s never received a lovelier bouquet in all 95 years of her life. The way those roses made her feel is absolutely priceless. “My baby got me some flowers from there I really love them ?❤️?❤️?? they got my name wrong on the card but everything else was right except my name them flowers died too fast even though I kept them in the sun for sunlight and for some of reason the water was smelly funky like water from the sewage had to keep changing the water and it still had tht smell”
