Thep woman who prepared my taxes was kind and knowledgeable. It made the experience pleasurable. However, the cost was astronomical. I have been having my taxes done by a CPA for the past several years, including a rental business and was NEVER charged that much. Bottom line, I liked their service but they are going to price themselves out of business with their greed. I won't be a repeat customer for that reason!!!!!!!!!!
