Honestly, I can care less for this store seeing that I use pickup often if I’m in the area. However, I want to show my appreciation for Robyn whose in pickup. Always the nicest, if it’s an “error” on the order or if they’re running late. Robyn always handles each and every customer in a timely manner, even by themselves at times. Kroger needs to be thankful for having such a good worker for their store.

I like this store very much, but my review is for a worker there that I need to make sure she gets some kind of recognition, her name is Diamond, every time I go there they never have the yogurt or cottage cheese I like, so today I finally asked someone and that was Diamond, she was in the pop section and I've seen her before and she's always smiling or singing, which is so nice to see, she went above and beyond to help me. She said the yogurt wasn't reordered so she went on to do that with the gadget she was holding. She truly was genuine and happy to help. Thank you Diamond! Keep up the good work!

Guarantee Kroger Corporate doesn't read reviews....
This store is beyond useless.... There's only one employee at the deli that can ever cut what you ask otherwise they just complain and do it however they want
And here we are Sunday morning and you cannot even have breakfast sausage in stock, I promise it didn't sell out yesterday and today not a chance....

Small store, always out of many items, not enough staff. The deli doesn't open until 10am and closes as early as 4pm.

This Kroger stinks. My 2nd worst-ever neighborhood grocery store.
Update: The store manager should be fired. The employees are always on their phones and are not helpful and this place is a mess.
Update, 4/7/2025: WHERE ARE ALL THE HAND CARTS? I seriously despise this Kroger. I would pay good money to have any other grocery store as the neighborhood grocery store. It is officially worse than the Kewaunee, WI Piggly Wiggly. Shopping here makes me want to call 988.
Update, 5/9/2025: Have I mentioned this Kroger is the worst?! WHAT’S THE POINT OF HAVING TWO SELF-CHECKOUT AREAS IF ONE IS ALWAYS CLOSED?! Why are they split up so you need two employees to monitor them—even though “monitor” just means staring at their phones? Who designed this layout, Kroger? Nothing like waiting 15 minutes in line to do the job one of your employees used to do: scan my own groceries and hand over money to a company I despise!
Shopping here ignites a fury in me hotter than the combined blaze of 10,000 suns.
Update, 5/11/2025: Everyone in line at self-checkout or in need of assistance looks like they’ve just been handed a prison sentence. Shopping here feels like making a pact with the devil simply because it's close to home. Every visit leaves me wondering how much of my soul I’ve traded for convenience... I hate this place.

This review is not for the store, everything is half rotten and over priced. This review is for the cashier Anita and Robyn who takes care of the grocery pickup. Both phenomenal workers, and go above and beyond!!! 10, out of 10, for both of these ladies!! Management should be grateful to have them!❤️

Very unprofessional, understaffed. Store was clean but I will not be returning.

I only shop here occasionally because their prices, on average, are higher than Walmart and Meijer and their produce is mediocre. Sometimes they have really great sales, though.
When I shopped here a few days ago, checkout was stressful. The self-scan machine kept sending alerts to the cashier. When they came to check on the alerts they didn't just check the items in my bag against what had been scanned. I had to stand there waiting several minutes while a slow-motion video played on the screen of me scanning my groceries. It was weird and uncomfortable and I kept wondering what I'd done wrong. The cashier never clarified anything, just walked away.
I have severe anxiety. I hate going out to big stores in the first place and I aim to avoid human interaction which is why self-scanners are so great. Until now.
I mean, you have to scan an item before you bag it. So, I don't understand what the cameras are trying to capture. It's like they're trying to figure out the secret to a close-up magic trick.
As the days passed, I only felt worse about that experience. This sounds extreme, but it was kind of violating. Like grocery store TSA.
The self-scanners don't have slots for coupons, either. You have to stand there for another 5 minutes waiting for the cashier to finish watching someone else's riveting slow-motion scanning play-by-play.
I've lived near this Kroger for over 20 years and have had tepid feelings for it all that time. This last experience is enough to keep me away indefinitely.

Today was the last straw! I stoped in to the Harrison Twp./Crocker Blvd. Kroger and needed a few things from the deli. There was a long line of customers waiting, one deli attendant working at a snails pace and the deli salads on display were dried out and disgusting. Three of the trays were completely empty. A few other complaints I have are never stocking sugar in individual packets and reducing national brand product for Kroger brands....with not that big of price difference. Come on Harrison Twp. Kroger, let's get it together. In the mean time, I'll be doing my shopping at the independent market down Metro Pkwy or Meijers.

The produce, specifically the strawberries, is always partly rotten or moldy. You need to add these carts because the extra shelves hold more fragile goods such as bakery items and cheap plastic containers or vegetables, which will get bruised if smushed or put together with the rest of the groceries.
Fruit fly infestation
Rotting potatoes

Attempted to buy hot dogs. Stocker was in the exact area where the item was located. She glanced my way and continued to empty the box of products. After a full minute, she turned away to get another box. I jumped in and got the item I sought.
Does anyone remember when customer service was #1? Remember when a stocker would stop what she/he was doing and offer to help you find an item? How about the good old days when the shelves were stocked overnight and you didn't have to dodge carts of boxes to navigate the aisles.
How about some training for those workers who stock during operational hours.
Shout out to Angelina who works the self checkouts. She is polite and aware of customer needs. Always pleasant.
