Abby the event manager is super organized, friendly, professional and communicated promptly with us. She made planning and holding my Moms memorial event a breeze.
I called a lot of VFW halls and not one called back except this one.
The facility is beautiful and bright. Brand new bar and they provide cups, ice, water, pop, coffee and fixings. They provided tablecloths, chairs and tables.
It truly was a joy to have our memorial here. Not one thing went wrong. Save yourself a headache and book this hall!”

“I used cranks catering for a baby shower over the weekend and never have I gotten so many compliments on the quality and taste of food at an event. The chef station omelet bar was a huge hit among the party and I would definitely recommend it for any breakfast or brunch event. The staff they provided were all so friendly, happy to be there and did a great job setting up and keeping all the food stocked during service. I will use cranks 10x over and I highly recommend for your next event!”

“Staff was friendly and accommodating even tho they are short staffed at the moment I didn't even notice. The girls n the manager their are really putting in work. Some maintenance things could be caught up on but nothing disgusting or hazardous. Overall my stay was excellent i would recommend and stay again. Hey upper management whoever is on the team as of 5/24/26 needs a raise stat.”

“Very clean, simple, modern amenities. Price was good. We stayed overnight while in town for an amphitheater concert. We found it from a blind kayak.com search. We reserved our room online, 10 minutes before arriving. Check in was easy. Room had everything we needed, up to and including Dove soap products and a hairdryer. Bed was very comfy, but pillows WAY too soft 👎. Bring your own sound machine, as the AC/heater doesn’t have a continuous fan…it will cycle on and off throughout the night. If you like a complete dark out experience you might find the illuminated headboard and armoire distracting. It bothered my husband, not me. Housekeeping staff went out of their way to wish us a good day in the hallway. Fitness center had the essentials for a post-travel workout: treadmill, row machine, ellipticals, treadmills, incline bench and flat bench + dumbbells up to 100lb. The continental breakfast was great: hot food + cold cereals, juice and on-demand ground coffee machine. Kitchen staff stood in the dining area to make sure food was replenished. All in all, great stay!”

“We hosted our 5 year old’s birthday party at Mr. B’s Game Room at Imperial and it was a huge hit! The kids absolutely loved the duck bowling and all of the games. The service was excellent and everything ran so smoothly. Everyone had an amazing time and the kids didn’t want to leave when it was over. Highly recommend for a fun, stress-free kids’ birthday party.”
“Great classic bowling alley. Major flaw is there is only ONE entrance to the alley. Being so close to the major intersection it's almost impossible to turn left into the lot... causing you to either go further down the road to turn around in another business or be forced to only come from the south to turn right into the lot.
For team events, good luck trying to find a seat. Some spectators bring their own chairs because of the very small space.
Regardless, this is a nice bowling alley even with all the annoyance factors.”
“Great summer package for the kids to have two hours of play to let out some energy! So many options for young kids to run around and not get bored. The slides are great for bigger kids to offer more thrill (but I see some brave little ones on there too). Lots of parties seen on the weekends, definitely a fun experience for the kids!”

“The Turkey Dinner was outstanding. Food is always fresh and delicious. Ham is very moist and tender. We always get the window seating because it is alluring, serene, and composed.
Some of the desserts were overly sweet. pecan pie was delicious. Staff are accommodating. You will always be satisfied with the food they offer all throughout the year.”
