“Tech savvy pumps that allow you to use QR code and connected card to pay. Trash bins full despite an attendant always there. Long lines but they are better after 2 pumps got added. Sam club fuel customers are the worst as they enter the wrong lines and use the pump with the hose over there car thinking they are saving time.”

“Oh course I love Sam's Club gas, they are the lowest price anywhere. I don't keep track of how much gas is, I just come here and I trust it is the cheapest. Even if I did not shop in the store (which I do), the gas alone is worth the price of the membership. I hardly even drive anymore and I know the savings is worth it. The downside is the lines, but I am very good at multi tasking. I read my email. Check if I sold anything on eBay, catch up on Facebook, and before I know it it is my turn.”

“Glasses secured! The personnel in the Optical department is absolutely fantastic! BJ’s don’t ever miss with their team members. I can confidently say that having had my membership travel with me from NY to MI. I appreciate their consistency throughout all of their departments!! ??????I have a hard time seeing far away so I felt like it was time to explore my options. This was my first time going through the process for glasses and the staff made it so easy for me. I am hearing impaired so I was nervous with that already being an obstacle in itself, but the lady I worked with was so patient with me from the exam to picking out my frames, which was hard for me because their selection has a TON of great options to choose from. She was very attentive and didn’t rush me to make a decision.I ordered 2 pair (one pictured) and it took a couple days for them to come in. I did have a different lady assist me with pick up and she was the BOMB too!! Even though they got it right the first time, this lady was also extremely helpful and informative. She made sure everything fit properly and answered all my questions, truly demonstrating her expertise. She also gave me tips on maintaining my glasses, which I appreciated because again, it’s my first time. ?Keeping it a buck with y’all, I didn’t think the prescription would be accurate simply because this is a grocery store at the end of the day, but I am telling y’all I am seeing in HD now thanks to the hard work of the Optical team members at BJ’s!! If I could give them 10 stars I would off the strength of the employees alone. I will not shop anywhere else for glasses from here on out. That’s a promise.”

“Lots of variety and overall happy, however, almost every time we visit and I need to change my baby's diaper, I am unable to use the family bathroom because an employee is using the bathroom. Not only this, it is also apparent they were using that bathroom to eat their lunch. Very frustrating having to maneuver a stroller into the women's bathroom when the family bathroom should be accessible.”

“I came here to pick up a few personal items as always. One thing I love about Sam's is they have an amazing location and are usually fully stocked when you come. The staff is always helpful and everything is always in the right place. One thing that people aren't aware of is that you can download the app and scan and go on your cell phone. I never have to stand and the long lines because my card is linked to my account. Another thing is when you get gas there is always a long line to the street and it goes pretty quickly. Overall good location, great customer service, and things are in stock. I will definitely be back when in the area.”
