“CINNAMON ROLLS!! They have been evolving, as they are trying out different techniques. After my fourth try, they have them mastered with the perfect balance of excellent moisture, complete coverage of glaze, cinnamon (could use a bit more) and decent size. They were a bit too small in the containers in the beginning. NOW, she scooped these beautiful 6-7 inch fresh rolls right out of the pan for me :D please keep this bakery in the back in business!!!”
