They've made it extremely easy to transfer my medications due to me working out of town. And the pharmacist still goes over my beds w me even though I've taken them before to verify I'm good.

I am sorry so many people have had such bad experiences with this pharmacy. I've been going here for over 20 yrs and yes there have been a few time a medicine was special order that they may not have in stock. But all these yrs I've been going there this pharmacy has been through many different pharmacists and very shot staffed. But in the past yr this store has made a complete turnaround. Their is a pharmacist named NACODA who has given the store a whole new experience. He cares about all his patients as do the other ladies he works behind the counter with. Never in 20 yrs has their been a pharmacist who cares as much as he does. He is really a caring person and does an amazing job . He has really given hometown a new life. It's like any store they may not have what you need right then but will order it for you. Everytime you enter this store people behind the counter smile and say hello to you. It's because they care. Give the new pharmacist a chance you will find he's caring and a hard worker. He has worked very hard to make everyone feel welcome and important. They are trying very hard to now fix the people up front waiting on the customers. But don't judge the amazing people filling your scripts by that. It takes time in any store to find the right person the is customer quality. Not everyone is ready to deal with the public. If you choose this amazing pharmacy in Hart you made a great choice.

Best experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. The male pharmacist Redmond (I believe) was super helpful and I could tell he really cares about helping his patience. He's a LIFESAVER!!

Recently switched to this pharmacy to stay more local. Got new insurance and had an issue, Jackie helped me through the process I needed to go through to get my prescription covered. I feel positive about the switch with the personal customer support!

Every single time I go to the pharmacy I have an issue. Things are not ready, come back in 20 minutes. This last time, a medication was not available so I was told by a pharmacy tech to call another pharmacy and have it transferred, I just went to pick it up and was told by a different technician that I was told incorrectly that the medication cannot be picked up at the pharmacy ever. So I've been waiting for heart medication for a week that doesn't exist. I now I have to go to the pharmacy that I asked to transfer it to hometown and hope that it is there? Seems like a lot of miscommunication between technicians. I even clarified with the first technician how to transfer the prescription because I've never had to do this before. I asked this second technician how to transfer my medications to a different pharmacy because why is picking up medication always so stressful?

Doesn't carry all meds. Have to go to a real pharmacy to get farxiga. This pharmacy is very unprofessional. I'm a heart patient and on the transplant list and I require blood thinners to run my heart pump so that it doesn't clot and I don't die . Doctor called in my blood thinners at 8 am and I showed up at 645 to pick up cumidan and they said it's not ready yet. So I told them I desperately need it by tonight and they came back to the window with the excuse that they have to order it . Basically they didn't want to fill it because they were closing in 15 minutes. There's no way they didn't have one of the most common medications on hand

They seem annoyed to be answering the phone.
And the phone options are not very clear. I only wanted to ask if they carry a certain product. There was no button for that- only to ask for a pharmacist or leave messages for others. I had to select the button for the pharmacist and then he was weird about it. Took several minutes to say my product was not available.

showed up to get prescription, 2 days after the office sent it to them. Still wasn't ready, was told 20 min so I parked and sat. Pulled around 20 min later and they only had half the prescription amount. I took what they had and then called 2 weeks later to see if they had more in and was told they did so I had doctor resend the script back to them. called a day later and told them I would be in to pick it up, please have it ready so I didn't have to wait 20 min again and they told me they didn't have any again.
Would not be so bad if this is the first time this has happened but it isn't. This now requires another office visit and a request for the doctor to send it to another pharmacy.
