I called trying to get a quote for some engine repair for my vehicle, left a voicemail and never heard back. Walked in and spoke to two different people who clearly recognized me as the person who called, but never bothered calling back. They refused to work on my vehicle and didn't even have the decency to call me back and let me know. Pitiful customer service. I would absolutely not recommend them based on that alone.

Have known both these fellas for years and wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my vehicles. Their pricing is fair and the complete the work super quick! Love having Pentwater Auto around!

I have a 2013 Nissan. The gear shifter was sticking in park and very difficult to put in drive or reverse. They saved me a trip to the dealership. They replaced a part in the gear shifter and now it shifts just fine. I highly recommend.
