Average at best. It took my quarters. It ran for a adequate amount of time for a buck-fifty. Changed cycles with the click of a dial. Not a lot of suds on the wash mode. Only one stall open, which in this case I was grateful for to get my dirty a@@ car cleaned

I tried to leave a review for the Rich's on Hillcrest but was unable to. My husband spent 34.00 at the Hillcrest location. It was a horrible job. He had to call them back to the car when they said that it was ready because they didn't armor all as requested. In addition to that, the windows still had nose prints on them from my dog. Never again will we use Rich's. I really should ask them for my money back.

Gentleman comes out of his work area and u pay him plus I leave a tip. He washes your car before you even enter the automatic car wash. Car looks awesome when done.

No wax. Foaming brush does not work. Attendant on duty said "yes we've been having problems with that for a long time now." Well then fix it!!
