Nice and quiet place to stay. The only bad thing is they do not have AC in the warm and hot months.

Why wouldn't disabled vetren qualify for subsidized housing? Ita based on income. Units avaliable ? Cost Mr 150$ to find out I'm not eligible? Please explain how much do you have ho make to live their? Lived in Hartfotd since 1991 working in the community but can't afford Senior housing as disabled vetren?
