Absolutely wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!
This is an excellent place to stop by if you are travelling with your dog, the staff will fill a small water container for you (and want to meet your dog ❤️)
There is also a decent space behind the gas station to let your dog out for a bathroom break.

I was just passing through and saw Alex helping a customer add oil to their vehicle. They are not a full service station but Alex took the initiative and helped a disabled customer. Alex deserves a raise!

The Shell station is my go to station I've been there many many times over the years and not one time have i not ever been greeted with a Smile and a Hello you can find almost anything you need the store itself has gotta new face lift with new automatic door opener its so nice not having to deal with regular doors when you have a lot of stuff to carry out the restroom is always clean as well as the station the coffee is always hot and on the + side you can get ready made frozen milkshakes if you need gas ⛽️ or just want a fountain drink with regular ice or like me they have crushed ice this station has been here many years and will be for many more to come but one thing is you'll always see a friendly face

Great people! Thank you for letting me stay in your parking lot and sleep after Mike's pulled my truck out.When I woke up there were 4 of us. I'm sure we all appreciate the safe haven, and I hope we didn't cause you trouble.

For a gas station bathroom, it was a good experience!! It was bright and pretty clean, and didn't smell!

I only added the star so I can post. We exited off the highway coming from Chicago. The GPS told us that this location was open 24hrs. I truly wish that the manager of this location will change that. At midnight my family awaits roadside assistance…at the gas pump that is locked. I understand short staffing because of Covid and high turnover rates. Please change the hours to the CORRECT hours so another family doesn’t have to go through this!
