I recently ordered a new phone and line from AT&T. When I picked up the phone from this authorized dealer, the representative failed to complete the transaction correctly.
During the initial visit, the representative did not fully activate the phone or complete the transaction. As a result, I had to return to the store a second time to rectify the issue.
On the second visit, the representative provided misleading information. They insisted on activating the highest tier plan, despite my clear request for the starter plan. They falsely claimed that they couldn't activate the lower tier plan and that any plan changes within 30 days would negatively impact their commission. Additionally, they added Next Up anytime to the plan without my consent, claiming it was an automatic system addition that couldn't be removed.
Frustrated by these issues, I contacted AT&T customer service. They confirmed that the authorized dealer's actions were not in line with standard procedures and corrected the plan accordingly. While I'm pleased with AT&T's resolution, I'm disappointed with the misleading information, poor service, and inconvenience caused by the authorized dealer. I will avoid visiting this particular location in the future.

Yesterday my husband and I needed help with a broke phone screen. Kayla was so helpful and diligent in giving us the best customer service. She took the time to research our account and what was our best options. We ended up walking out with two new phones and a watch for my husband that should actually lower our monthly cost. Thank you Kayla, you rock!

Haylee and Kayla were extremely helpful in assisting my wife and I with our recent Iphone 16 Pro upgrades. All questions were quickly answered and the process went extremely smoothly. Haylee went over and above to assist with my multi line setup required for work which presented some unique challenges.

We had an emergency replacement situation for phone that was ran over. Also, upgraded another phone while there. Kayla was only one working and did a great job of taking care of all our needs while evaluating other customers needs. She was friendly and professional.
