I share the same opinion as the previous business owner's comments from Fenton MI. I just spoke with Steve as well on the phone. It wasn't 5:00, it was 3:30. He was completely unprofessional with me on the phone, and ABSOLUTELY needs to get a job that has no affiliation with customer service. He almost refused to transfer me to speak with the manager on both, his (Steve's performance) but also the matter which I needed resolution. Upon speaking with the manager, John, I had zero success on the issues at hand. I can see that the entire problem definiately begins at the management level. They really seem like they don't care at all about the customer. I plan on removing all my money from Chase and move it to a 'good ole fashion' credit union which in my opinion do a much better job in their relationships with their clients. P.S. If I could rate them at a ZERO star, I would!

I got discriminated against because of my age, while on business for a company. Older gentleman in front of me not wearing a mask after mandate ended. Older gentleman talked up no issues got what he needed. As soon as I walked up I got told i’m required to wear a mask. I said i’m vaccinated and immediately the teller immediately starts trying to force me to wear one but her manager behind me actually told her to cut it out. And then he walked behind the counter and the teller tried complaining again and the manager waved his hand at his neck and said cut it out again. Immediately after she was glaring at me through the glass like I was a criminal. Management awesome. Customer service is atrocious.

This is the first negative review that I have ever left for a business, so take that into consideration. I typically go to the Chase Bank in Fenton. Today was my first visit to this location due to my schedule. I am a business client, and pulled into the business line at 4:47pm. The vehicle in front of us must have not had their deposit prepared because we waited for quite some time, and the teller had the drawer open to the vehicle. We were frustrated with the unprepared customer, but know that was no fault of the teller. We finally pulled up at 5:03pm. I'm aware that it was after closing and very mindful of that, however we had been in line for quite some time. The teller did not speak to us AT ALL, that too is okay... I guess. There was a man standing behind him, I assumed maybe he was training. I think I may have assumed wrong. The man behind him started pacing, and actually blatantly checked the time on his wrist watch four times. I tried to get his attention to let him know that I was aware that it was after closing, but we had waited for quite some time. He was so very rude. We asked his name and he did not respond, the teller however did tell us that the mans name was Steve. Steve we are sorry that the vehicle ahead of us was unprepared. We're also sorry that you worked until 5:07pm for my two small business deposits. Lastly I am sorry that you are so un-kind, and unprofessional. I had a long day at work today too, and I'm disappointed that my transaction with you only added to that. I Hope that you consider a career outside of customer service very soon. Take care.

No one ever answers the phone. It rings tells you to call another number. That number rings and then tells you to call the first line. I’ve called over 12 times today. No response.

They do not answer their phone number, recording always gives banking center number then hangs up. Banking center gives the same number again.

Stopped by to do wire transfer of $10000 the guy AJ was very rude and said can not do it because I got money in my account just one day prior but I had enough available fund (not pending). I said if this is the service then I will leave chase he said go ahead and do it. Within 10 minuets I stopped by at Ann Arbor branch it didn't even take 10 minuets to transfer.
