“Excellent customer service! I have bought a couple boutonnières for the mother/son dance from them and they have always gone above and beyond. They definitely make you feel like a person rather than the same and that’s hard to come by these days. I highly recommend them!!”

“Kroger always seems to be cheaper than Meijer but I have avoided the store in Hartland because several times in the past the cashiers and baggers seemed grumpy and roughly handled the produce but today it was a completely different group of employees. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful! I was looking pretty grungy but I was greeted no less than 5 times and they seemed genuine. How nice.”

She kept us up to date and was great at communicating, super easy to work with, cared about what we wanted and helped frame our vision so she could bring it into reality. “I have used Hartland Flowers the past two Valentine’s Days. Their bouquets always last a long time. I picked up my order of 18 roses today, thought it looked a little light on roses after I got home. After counting there are only 16 roses in the bouquet. I chalk it up to how busy they were when I picked up the flowers, may have been a simple oversight. Either way, I will continue to use them, but I will be double checking the count next time.”
