I ordered flowers on 2/2 to be delivered to my home on 2/14 for Valentines day. On 2/14 I made several attempts to contact Hartland Flowers, had the automated system say I'd be called back, didn't get called back, finally got through to someone at the shop, was told my order was out for delivery and would arrive "at a reasonable time, not like 8:30(pm) or something." 8:30pm comes and goes, I call again, again get the automated system, call the number provided for urgent calls. The "representative" on the phone doesn't indicate they are with the company, at first I thought I called the wrong number. They tell me my order is next to be delivered. Finally at 9:10 I get my order delivered.The delivery representative says sorry for the late delivery and asks if I had candy with my order, which I did and they give them to me as well. Not sure why they didn't know what was in my order but at least they didn't forget either item.The arrangement is okay. It has 12 roses some show signs of wilting/ withering. Some lost petals. Some leaves are beat-up or otherwise damaged. I wouldn't complain about the quality by itself but in the interest of providing a full review, I feel it's worth noting. My honest opinion is the arrangement itself is a 3 out of 5 starsI called the next morning to let them know about my experience. They said 'We know' and apologized, said it was unfortunate, and that they were busy. I was curious why my order was one of the last ones and I was told that business order get priority as well as orders with time constraints. I did a test order and didn't see a way to set a time constraint but could set it to a business order. If you choose to order from Hartland Flowers, and I DO NOT recommend you do, and you want it to arrive earlier, set the address type to business not Home.I was offered 50% off my next order and free shipping. But I still doubt I will order from Hartland Flowers again, definitely not for delivery. My reasoning is, I spent a lot of time calling for an update, when I got an update, it was wrong, what I got was not worth the hassle, part of the purchase was being able to surprise my wife and brighten her day but I had to tell her I got the flowers so no surprise, and the day was almost over when she got them so I did not get the full value of what I thought I purchased.Overall I was disappointed with my experience. If I had been contacted that it would be a late deliver, given accurate information when I called, or had been contacted with an apology instead of having to call them to be told 'we know it was late' I wouldn't have taken the time to write this review.

I have used Hartland Flowers the past two Valentine’s Days. Their bouquets always last a long time. I picked up my order of 18 roses today, thought it looked a little light on roses after I got home. After counting there are only 16 roses in the bouquet. I chalk it up to how busy they were when I picked up the flowers, may have been a simple oversight. Either way, I will continue to use them, but I will be double checking the count next time.

Something may have changed with this business. I have been a customer for years and always had great customer service and beautiful arrangements. On 12-22-23, I placed and ordered for delivery.On 12-26 I still had not received a delivery update. Even though it was not timely, I still would've been ok with the delivery.On 12-27 I received an email back from my inquiry stating that due to unforeseen circumstances, my order has been cancelled and refunded.I expect a little more communication as a customer. Perhaps a phone call? Or flowers?

Unbelievable. I ordered a "premium" arrangement for my Thanksgiving dinner table. I will post a photo of what I paid $130 for below vs what was delivered. But I was shocked. If I had ordered these as a gift, I would be MORTIFIED. It looks nothing like the photos. It contains lilies and FOUR of the larger roses. FOUR total. The photo on the website shows six roses just on one side of the arrangement! I called Teleflora immediately upon receiving this pathetic arrangement, and they will issue me a credit, but wow... you can see that this PREMIUM arrangement was tiny and looked nothing like the photo. It isn't even a matter of "substitutions may be made in the event we don't have the exact flowers" because this issue goes WAY beyond that. They shorted me on a bunch of roses, they substituted cheap spring flowers instead of choosing flowers of comparable price in the correct color scheme, they apparently didn't have the fall leaves or the berries... it's ridiculous. Looks nothing like the photo. If you can't fulfill the Teleflora order, then reject it. Don't take it and then scam someone out of what they paid for. This is absolutely egregious. Because we ordered it to be delivered to ourselves for our dinner table, we knew what was ordered and what to expect. But I immediately went to leave a review after calling Teleflora, because potential customers should know... if you're paying a premium to send a generous gift of flowers to someone you care about, do not use this shop. You will be embarrassed. I would be mortified if I'd sent these as a gift.

Was really excited to get my daughter some flowers for her birthday but the hours on the website are wrong and when I got there the place was closed up at 1pm on Sunday. Also, there were no store hours posted that I could see. Hopefully they will update the business info so customers can come and purchase their beautiful flowers.

Exceptional customer service, beautiful bouquets and they really go the extra mile. When a national florist notified me on the the day of my Aunt's birthday that could not fulfill the order which I placed five days earlier, Hartland flowers saved the day! I called them expecting that would deliver the order the following day, but one of the ladies there said she could deliver the flowers to my Aunt on her way home from work so she would have them on her birthday. Needless to say, Harland will be my go to florist from now on!

While I agree they make beautiful arrangements, last year I ordered an arrangement and they didn’t call when it was ready so I went there because I was sure it was ready and they were closed. Luckily someone was there but they sold my arrangement to I had to settle for what was available.

Showed up for a last minute gift for my grandma. Was able to pick out a reasonably priced gorgeous bouquet and when she realized some of the flowers had wilted, she picked them out and replaced them for me.

I have been ordering flowers at least 1-2 times per year for the last few years and Hartland Flowers knocks it out of the park every time. Great service, and the arrangements are always stunning, fresh, and last for several weeks. Highly recommend!

I live out of town and order from Hartland Flowers for my daughter, who lives in Hartland. The quality of these flowers and the talent of the person who arranges them cannot be beaten. I always order arrangements over the phone and they always get it right!! You won’t regret ordering from this company!!

First of all, just want to say they are kind people. We didn’t realize we needed to make an appointment to discuss wedding flowers, and one of them was able to talk with us same day we visited to get down what we wanted. They even helped us slightly revise the amount of corsages needed for the parents/grandparents a couple weeks before the wedding. The only problem I had was they mixed up the sweetheart table centerpiece design with the guest table design. It was day of the big day so couldn’t do anything about it; but they still were very beautiful arrangements. I also appreciated that we could rent vases from them instead of buying them for one night. It’s a very popular place, too.

I highly recommend Hartland Flowers. Great customer service, helped me tremendously over the phone. I gave them a price I was willing to pay, and they were able to create and deliver a beautiful bouquet within an hour's notice. Seriously the best flower delivery purchase I have ever had.

Sent flowers to my husband's brother yesterday - these folks did a wonderful job! A beautiful, fresh and colorful assortment of premium blooms, just what I asked for! I am a florist myself in another town - really appreciated the great quality and great service!
