If it had to happen, Michigan Appliance Repair was a great option to have. Professionally pleasant phone assistance and a knowledgeable problem solving technician visited my home for my Unique oven issues. I do recommend this company. I would have awarded 5 stars had it now been for the extended wait for the appointment. I glad I did though.

Michigan Appliance to my call immediately and sent a repairman the same day, Nathan did a great job repairing my KitchenAid trash compactor, very nice young man.
I’ve used Michigan Appliance in the past and will continue to do so, reliable, punctual and reasonably priced!

Not urgent, but came out in less than a week. Repairman Ray Brown was polite, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about oven/stove repairs. He kept me informed about progress and prices along the way.

Flint, a service technician at Michigan Appliance Repair, was excellent. He arrived on time and put a new board and freezer light cable our Samsung refrigerator. This solved the problem. He was knowledgeable and polite and got the job done quickly. Also the office did a great job scheduling and letting us know when the service representative was on the way.

Zachary L. provided exceptional service. He arrived punctually and demonstrated extreme professionalism. Zachary was able to immediately diagnose a complex issue with our Jenn Air oven's display module, restoring it to full service. He also proactively provided clear next steps should the issue resurface. I was highly impressed with his level of technical expertise and highly recommend Michigan Appliance Repair for their outstanding service.
