Tried to call and make an appointment, and explain my situation. Immediately was rushed into a paid consultation appt. Day before. We had an emergency situation, Day of, in which we called over an hour before, to let them know (as soon as it happened).Immediately we were met with: YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THIS.Doesn't take a genius to see that you want the $ (More like $$$) without doing the work right.Especially with the amount of competition, just take your business elsewhere. I'm very reasonable and respectable as a person, and the way we were treated, I'm surprised I was offered car insurance at the time I made the appointment.

Best vet around. My doggos have been going there for seven years. I drive over an hour to take them, because the care they receive is top notch!

We have been going here for 2 years it was great at the start it’s gone down hill. I brought our Shepherd Mix in 5 years old who had been vomiting and had labs done showing some issues with her liver. Dr.Hines gave me a list of referrals for further testing that were months out my girl was suffering then. Gave her some antibiotics and told me I could take her home. No fluids to hydrate her btw or pain meds. I rushed her to MSU she was in pain and clinically dehydrated we decided the next day to let her go since she was in end stage liver disease. Very disappointed do not come here for anything other than routine problems with your animal.

Was on hold 4 times from 10-18 mins. Once someone answered was rude. I will not bring my animal to this Clinic.

The front desk team of ladies are always so kind and helpful. I would recommend anyone to come here if they need an established vet for their pet. Grateful for this place and the staff.

Wish I could give zero stars. I have never been talked to so poorly by a front desk staff member at any other medical office. I had a prescription cat food that was being filled by chewy for 2 years then received a email from Chewy (not the office) that the prescription was denied. When I called to set up an appointment and see if I could get his food refilled until I could make the appointment, was told that they would not refill his food until he was seen. I told them he was out of food and what was I supposed to give him in the mean time. They told me I’d have to give him something else over the counter, knowing that would make him sick. I pleaded, asking to please not punish my cat because I was not made aware of the rules of the office. I should’ve received a phone call, an email, something stating that he needed to be seen before renewing his prescription prior to me completely running out of food. She told me it was not their problem. I was a bad owner because I hadn’t brought my INDOOR cat in for a physical for 2 years and that I should consider taking him to another vet. They refused to let me speak to a doctor. I am just appalled that a medical office who is supposed to help and heal animals is knowingly refusing a cat his food (that they recommended he have) and possibly causing him to have other serious or life threatening issues as a result. But the real issue was the incredibly rude and condescending attitude of the front desk staff. If this practice valued their patients at all. This staff member would be fired immediately.
