Always very helpful. Josh and Emma helped with a very large order. They did all the paperwork quick. They even helped load everything in the car, it was amazing! I highly recommend this place.

I called and asked about a rifle and was told they had 4 this was at 6 pm Saturday night went there 9 am Sunday morning and was told they have none in stock. The lady said she was the manager in that dept and would not go and check stock except on her computer. That was a hour trip for nothing. Zero stars

I was having a hard time finding an item in other stores. I asked Elizabeth, who was working the front desk about it. She looked it up, then got the item from the isle and brought it back to the counter for me. She went way out of her way and it made me feel good. I appreciate Rural King having so many affordable items and then having representatives like Elizabeth.

A couple days after my 18th birthday I bought a Stevens 20Gauge and had no problem with customer service. They helped me as much as anyone else would and even helped me with doing the background check

Horrible customer service. If they don’t like you they’ll refuse service. Doesn’t matter if you’re first time purchaser or a return customer. Worst store I’ve dealt with in a long time.

This place is awesome! The staff is really helpful too. This place is like a sporting goods harbor freight and tractor supply on steroids. Anything you need to keep your farm ranch or property working. This place helps get the job done. Great place to spend a couple hours browsing around. A lot of people had their dogs with them. The pricing seemed really competitive too. I'll definitely be back and look forward to bringing my wife and kids.
